Beautiful, historical 2-family house "Elsa", 2 storeys. In the centre of Moneglia, 400 m from the sea. For shared use: garden 300 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, public parking 200 m on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Moneglia" 500 m, shingle beach 400 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Railway line 60 m from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. "Ginevra", 3-room apartment 85 m2 on 1st floor. Partly renovated in 2024, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and TV. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Heating available only from 01.11. to 31.03. Small balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (extra, 1 car) at 500 m.
