L’hôtel est miteux. De l’extérieur tout semble ok mais des qu’on entre à l’intérieur c’est terrible. L’odeur d’humidité est partout. Les draps sont humides. Les taies d’oreiller étaient tachées de sang. Il y avait des éclaboussures sur les murs. C’est non recommandable comme hôtel et ce, même pas pour une nuit. Et que dire du déjeuner, les machines à jus et à café étaient hors service. Des muffins emballés individuellement qui n’avaient pas l’air frais. Non sérieusement, fiez vous à moi, il vaut mieux aller voir ailleurs.

Check in staff was great. Once we got to the room it was clear that it hadnt been cleaned effectively if at all. There were fresh stains on the bedding, hair left in the bed, missing light bulbs, broken toilet paper holder, dirty mirror in room, dust on the tables, and the walls were breaking down. We notified the front desk and the person that came to change the bedding was not happy to do so and tried to only change the top sheets. Unfortunately it was a prepaid room and we were running late to an event or we would have went somewhere else. Knowing the condition of the room, we skipped the free breakfast. Will not stay there again.

Total disrepair, elevators smell moldy, hallways smell of cooking foods, horrible internet, carpets are shot, beds you feel and hear the springs, poor water pressure, ..... 2 time here never again.

The staff was friendly, but the place was/is a mess. In my room, the hair dryer was not attached to the wall but was lying on the counter and did not work. Had to request a new one. First, iron has a sticky substance on it, so I asked for a new one, but I had to walk down to the front desk due to the phone in my room not working. Received second iron, got back to room, iron did not work, had to ask for a third one.
On the first day, after leaving the room, I returned to only the restroom, having new towels; the rest of the room was still a mess.
I believe people live at this location, as the hall is lined with garbage and used grocery meat containers daily.
All in all, the place is a disaster.. Would not recommend anyone staying here.

First room - the bed was not made, and the floor was extremely dirty and not clean. Second room - towels were dirty, and room smelled like cigarette smoke.
