Aucune courtoisie des employés sur le terrain, des règlements jamais vus!!! On ne peut pas avoir notre camion sur le terrain car roulotte et moto = 2 plaques. Les vidanges ne sont pas ramasser sur notre site. J’ai demandé à un employé sur le site qui avait son cart. Il me dit de marcher avec mes vidanges. Le manager dit si on est pas content de partir. Ils sont strictes et ridicules!! Jamais nous y retournerons, de plus les tables sont collées sur les égouts. On se sent épiés tout le temps.

Terrain en pente et très petit. Amateur de moto s’abstenir, impossible d’avoir plus qu’un véhicule moteur plaqué sur le terrain. On fait quoi avec le camion ou la moto?? Personnel non serviable et incompréhensible. Aucune tolérance Aucune courtoisie.

I would give zero stars if I could. This campground was a huge disappointment. The management was extremely rude and completely unhelpful from the moment we arrived. They acted like we were bothering them any time we had a question or asked for help. To make matters worse, the hot water wasn’t working, and our fridge was broken—two pretty basic things that should be functioning at a campground you’re paying to stay at. When we reported the issues, the staff showed absolutely no concern. No apology, no offer to fix anything, and no solution whatsoever. Just attitude. It was clear they had no interest in maintaining the place or supporting their guests. We weren’t the only ones having problems either—others around us were also frustrated and complaining about the same kind of treatment. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere that actually cares about its guests and keeps its facilities in working order. This campground was a waste of time and money. The campground itself is beautiful but the management is rude not helpful accusatory.
