Great country house with lots of charm and character, located in a unique area, secluded and quiet, with a beautiful view over the ocean and mountains, a few minutes walk away from the town centre.
It boasts:
On the ground floor: living area, fireplace, large kitchen, American-style bar, 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite shower room including 1 toilet.
Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms (including 1 with Jacuzzi bathtub) and 2 toilets, a sauna.
The villa and its pool are nestled in a wooded park where all the tree and shrub species of the Algarve grow.
In its garden, you will find rare rose bushes, agave and fruit trees.
At 460 m altitude, at a turn in a footpath the city of Monchique offers the spectacle of the sea, the freshness of crystal clear water crashing against the rocks, the orchards and terraced vegatable crops.

Séjour magique
Nous avons passé plus d‘une semaine dans cet endroit magique… la maison est très confortable et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer de belles vacances. Le sauna et la piscine sont un grand plus. Le calme et la vue sont extraordinaires…de la maison nous avons fait des balades très sympa! Monchique est une petite ville avec des bons restaurants et des bonnes boulangeries!Pascal et Marie sont très à l’écoute et très réactifs!!! Nous conseillons vivement cette maison!

Un vrai régal !

Natur pur
Wichtig war das Mietauto.Das riesige Grundstück führte uns in die Vielfalt der Pflanzenwelt in Portugal ein. Die Vermieter waren bei Fragen stets bereit uns weiterzuhelfen.Die Küche war gut eingerichtet.Wir hatten für den Start im Ferienhaus alles bereitgestellt, wie z.B. Gewürze, Seife und Toilettenpapier. Der Swimmingpool war sauber und warm. Wir durften Zitronen ernten und verwenden. Das nächste Geschäft war 2km entfernt, Ein Restaurant befand sich an unserer Grundstücksgrenze. Verständigungsschwierigkeiten wurden mit Zeichensprache, englisch, französisch oder der Sprachapp überwunden. Es war total entspannt, ruhig, nur unterbrochen vom Gesang der Vögel, von Hähne, die krähten, Frösche,die quakten.

Fijn verblijf
Zowel het ontvangst, de omgeving als het huis en het zwembad waren zeer aangenaam. De tuin met sauna is een enorme plus er zijn veel plekjes waar je heerlijk rustig een boek kunt lezen. Het huis is ruim, de keuken compleet en de open haard heel fijn. Grote aanrader

Séjour Monchique.
En absence du propriétaire Eulalia nous a très bien accueilli ensuite nous avons rencontré le propriétaire très sympa et serviable, le seul petit défaut c’est que la piscine chauffée est en supplément, sinon nous avons une vue magnifique et la tranquillité.

Vacances en famille
Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est magnifique dans un cadre idyllique, le coin piscine est incroyable. Dans un lieu tranquille un peu isolé mais a quelques minutes en voiture des commodités. Le propriétaire est super sympa et à l'écoute tout comme Eulalia qui nous a accueilli.
Nous recommandons vivement.
