Aus der Not geboren habe ich über ein Portal das Hotel gebucht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang zu später Stunde. Das Zimmer als Einzelzimmer gebucht aber groß genug, um noch etwas am Schreibtisch zu erledigen. Positive Überraschung: Einzelbett ca. 140 x 200 für die Zimmerkategorie ungewöhnlich. Alles in allem völlig ausreichend und bezahlbar.

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Doppelzimmer in dem Hotel verbracht. Zunächst einmal die sehr wenigen positiven Punkte: Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer war sauber und recht groß. Es gab kostenlose Parkplätze, allerdings nicht wirklich viele. Das war es dann aber leider auch schon. Das Hotel hat 3 Sterne, wahrscheinlich weil es die formalen Kriterien erfüllt, wie Safe und Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Ansonsten hat das Hotel noch nicht mal das Niveau einer Jugendherberge. Man wird im Hof bzw. in der Einfahrt von jeder Menge Müll und Dreck begrüßt, während das Personal rumsitzt und sich langweilt. Das Badezimmer sah aus, als hätte man es aus den Achtziger Jahren importiert. Das Waschbecken und diverse Fliesen waren kaputt. Das Frühstück war unseres Erachtens in Teilen gesundheitsgefährdend. Wie gesagt wir waren zwei Nächte dort. Bei beiden Frühstücken standen definitiv die gleichen Schüsseln mit Geflügelsalat, Shrimpscocktail, Joghurt und Obstsalat ungekühlt und unabgedeckt auf dem Buffet. Auf dem Geflügelsalat und dem Shrimpscocktail hat sich schon eine Haut gebildet. Die Brühe, in der der Dosen Obstsalat schwamm, war schon braun verfärbt. Ich vermute mal, dass er auch schon am Vortag dort stand, so wie er schon am ersten Tag aussah. Der Automatenkaffee war ungenießbar. Rührei und Würstchen waren an beiden Tagen angebrannt. Der Speck war komplett verbrannt. Am zweiten Tag hatte man vergessen daruntrer den Brenner zum Warmhalten anzuzünden. Lösung des Personals: alles nochmal, vermutlich im Backofen warm machen. Danach war es dann endgültig ungenießbar. Die Brötchen waren entweder fast ungebacken oder vermutlich mehrfach aufgebacken. Die Croissants am ersten Morgen waren sehr dunkelbraun und sind quasi zu Staub zerfallen. Das Personal war sehr wahrscheinlich durchweg ungelernt und anscheinend überhaupt nicht eingewiesen, was ihr Job ist. Sie saßen eigentlich immer alle nur rum und waren augenscheinlich gelangweilt oder haben sich unterhalten. Daneben standen die verwelkten Zimmerpflanzen und sehnten sich nach Zuwendung Die Räumlichkeiten der früheren Fabrik hätten eigentlich durchaus Potenzial. Wenn man ein bisschen Arbeit, Geld und Liebe investieren würde und Personal hätte, dem etwas am Hotel und den Gästen liegt, könnte es 3 Sterne Niveau erreichen.

Rooms are super clean and well equipped. Concrete, industrial feeling combined with football extra’s like locker room benches, and the greatest moments in the history of Borussia Mönchengladbach. Great view in every room as well. Not only for football fans. This is a great place to stay the night.

我去蒙大拿州2晚,因爲我有手術在對面的牙科診所。EZ有足夠的大小,舒適的牀,大。一切都很乾淨。有水和水,有咖啡和。冰箱會在熱很棒,我每半小時都得去接待室,很漂亮的員工每次都換了我的冰箱。晚上很安靜。很不幸的早餐,但是我看到的看起來很不錯。在附近沒有食物或,在酒店還有酒吧,到21點鐘還可以。非常好人和絕對舒適的酒店

很可愛, 有時有個漂亮的,乾淨的房子愛不現代😀 但是超乾淨和“友好”房子!!!!我們的房間很大,水立即“再修”了..很棒睡覺,早餐夠了。”高層”: 應該有新鮮麪包和新麪包 😉

We wanted to find a cheap stay at a hotel in Mönchengladbach. Normally mcdreams is the choice…sub 50€ with free parking. This is quite basic and no frills 3 star accommodation. But in Germany 3 stars means a lot…even when basic. It’s clean, great beds, bathroom … great price quality. While looking I got a special offer for this hotel on hotels.com. 50€ per room per night. This hotel has what I call the trifecta. Great price, free parking and free breakfast. But it was so so much better thans expected. To be honest the pictures on the website didn’t do this hotel any justice at all. We almost cancelled because it looks dated and with shabby bathroom. Let’s do the bad first. The floor in the room…looks very shiny, plasticky. But it was meticulously clean and walking on it is beer than on the carpets that just doesn’t feel clean enough in older hotels. The bathroom I must say feel and looks old. That’s due to the white tiles and bathtub I guess. But bathroom was meticulously clean and all in working order. The bath is really not so functional, quite high. So elderly or less flexible persons must be careful when getting in or out from bath. But great if you have a baby or kids I guess. In our room the shower didn’t have a thermostat and the water temperature moved around a bit…from coldish to too hot…and everything in between. That’s a negative, but water pressure was good. But the rest was much much better then expected. First of all free parking underneath the hotel. But I think the street is free parking too. Location is in upper residential area so feels really safe in the street. Weirdly you can enter the hotel via the garage…but the door doesn’t open from the outside. Also no chance to call reception topen it. This means when you arrive you need to walk outside on quite a steep climb to enter hotel at reception. The rooms as I mentioned was very clean and quite spacious. There is a good working TV. Beds are great. Sadly two singles, but at 90cm that’s a good width. You get two pillows and there is plenty of plugs to use. For the summer..unfortunately no AC. What really sets this place apart is the amenities provided. It shames 4/5 star hotels. From toothbrushes, shaving kit, toilet wet wipes, to sewing and even a shoeshine kit.wow. The best I saved the best for last. The free breakfast. We got a full German breakfast. The downside it was at the nearby elisenhof hotel. The good thing….It was top quality breakfast. In 5 star hotels I have had breakfast with more choice, but it was not so tasty or of such quality. Don’t get me wrong. It had everything.bacon. Sausage, 2 types scrambled egg, salmon, and the usual continental spread. The breads was great and cold cuts with local specialty always good. The juice bar was tops with fresh squeezed OJ machine. A very satisfying start of the day. I cant recommend this place enough. The price quality king..even if without the extra discount.
