Parking at the house. Grocery 210 m, restaurant 270 m, bar 240 m, bus stop 230 m. Nearby attractions: Canelli 13 km, Roccaverano 13 km, Asti 40 km, Alba 43 km. Hiking paths: Langhe-Monferrato. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence. "L'ex Convento", 2-room apartment 60 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2022, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV. Exit to the garden, to the patio. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the patio. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Patio.
