摩納哥城格裡瑪律迪綜合中心附近住宿

This aparthotel is absolutely lovely. I had a gorgeous spacious apartment on the 7th floor, with views over Monaco and the sea. There was also a balcony - which I wasn't expecting. The apartment was modern, airy and fully equipped and there's a pool on the roof. Breakfast was nice - and ran until 10.30! So top marks for that. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to ****** square and the railway station is also about 10 minutes away, so a great situation. There is a little market on the street on Sunday and there is a ****** supermarket about a minute away as well as a wholefood supermarket. Staff were helpful and friendly. Fantastic.

我們的住宿是在7月底,我們住了兩個晚上。我們有兩個海景房,景色很美,房間很乾淨,很舒服。工作人員很好,友好和樂於助人。我們在酒吧和地平線屋頂吃飯,在那裏我們吃早餐和午餐。早餐很棒,有很多選擇,加上廚師爲您選擇的雞蛋等。自助午餐也很棒,包括免費的瓶裝水。我們去了海灘旅行你乘坐馬車被運送,所以沒有步行,我們在那裏度過了愉快的早晨你會被分配到費爾蒙斯的牀位,而不是選擇你的位置,但是這些牀是免費的。這裏的廁所、儲物櫃和淋浴設施都很好。我們還使用了游泳池(尼基海灘)。費爾蒙特客人還有一個免費的日光牀區不是游泳池直接的一天大牀,但對我們來說這不是問題,因爲我們的牀比較安靜。我們確實有一個6歲的孩子,我們在游泳池裏玩得很開心他是那裏唯一的孩子!費爾蒙特並不便宜一切都很貴......但這正是我們從蒙特卡洛那裏所期望的。它的位置非常好,在髮夾上可以看到美妙的景色,工作人員很出色,食物和飲料都是一流的,我們毫不猶豫地再次入住

Was slightly nervous after reading some of the reviews but what a lovely surprise on our arrival. Incredible location close to the ******, port and station and perfect hotel to explore Monaco. Rooms very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend as also great value for money. Tip: if you are arriving by train. At station, exit onto princess boulevard, turn right and a few yards later you will see the lift on the other side of the road. Go up this and then opposite to next lift. Go up again and then turn left. Hotel a few yards on right. Literally about 7 mins max from station.

酒店位置導航完全失靈 因為需要穿過隧道 沒有任何明顯標示 幾分鐘的路繞了一個多小時 最後還是警察幫忙搞定 自駕遊的話不建議住這個酒店 而且設施很舊 Wi-Fi因為記不得萬豪的會員號碼也要另行收費 雖然行李員很專業 其他應該以後都不會入住萬豪的酒店了

10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, moquette a terra, terrazza con vista non bella, stanza fredda ma con clima funzionante. Viaggiato a gennaio, forse in un altro periodo é migliore. Colazione europea soddisfacente dalle 6 alle 10am

房間的浴室隔板很差，沖個澡浴室到處都是水，四星級的酒店只有提供紙杯，很容易爛店，而且隔夜還不會幫忙主動換，浴室吹風機很舊還故障無法使用。蓮蓬頭的出水量極小。床的品質中等。早餐品質中等，大概只有三星的感覺。 我早上因要出席一個重要場合必須要燙襯衫，也就是因為看到飯店有這個服務所以選擇了這個飯店。到了熨燙室，兩個熨斗沒有一個是可以使用的，當時約莫是8:00左右，我跟飯店反應這件事情，並且說我10:00需要出門出席重要場合，他們說會處理然後通知我，到了8:40左右我再去詢問，櫃檯才跟我說他們修理的人員要9:00才會來，說會再電話通知我。等到了9:30都還沒音訊，我再次打電話到櫃台，他們說2分鐘會回覆我狀況，結果沒有回，我再次打電話回去，這次更誇張，完全不接我的電話。一直到9:45分才接聽。 我趕著下樓準備趟我的襯衫，不燙還好，一燙下去，一個熨斗大大生鏽的印子直接印在我白色的襯衫上面，把我整個襯衫都毀了，因為已經沒有時間了，我只能到飯店櫃檯跟他們說在我回來之前告訴我這件事情他們要怎麼處理，晚上我回來之後，也是沒有任何音訊，當作完全沒有這回事。我直接把我的襯衫拿給他們請他們處理好。如果這是能夠處理的我就不會求償。 隔天早上，我去拿襯衫的時候，他們把襯衫送洗了，但明顯的印子還在上面，櫃檯跟跟我說原本洗一件要15歐元，不算我錢。聽到的時候我真的都快氣瘋了，到底有沒有搞清楚狀況？是他們飯店熨斗弄壞了我的襯衫，搞得我很像奧客硬要別人幫我免費洗衣服？ 櫃檯還跟我說他們最近兩週才換過熨斗，雖然無法查證，但真的是很離譜的說詞，我後來看那個熨斗，根本就不像只用過兩週的樣子。 最後一直到櫃檯經理出來之後，才願意賠償我的襯衫40歐元，我因為襯衫本身已經折舊，就沒有再追究，不然根本不只這個價值。

總體服務感覺非常差，設備也很落後，之後絕對不會再入住。

房間一如既往地乾淨寬敞，但停車費真的很貴，每天 14 歐元，否則你就得把車停在附近……如果你找到免費的可用停車位（這可能很複雜）。在員工方面，特別值得一提的是Gabriel，他總是非常外向和令人愉快👌🏻，而另一方面，不幸的是，其他人顯然沒有流露出生活的樂趣和同情心.. 🤔

Hôtel très bien situé pour notre pars il y avait une vue mer très appréciable Le plus est bien sur la thalassothérapie (hamam sauna piscine à eau de mer ) Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment très professionnel et en adéquation avec l’établissement La chambre est spacieuse avec un coin cuisine adapté dans un placard La salle de bain est petite mais suffisamment grande deux personnes ( lavo et baignoire) Le joint de la paroi de douche étais totalement noir se qui m’a vraiment surpris Le support serviette sous le lavabo avait des pointe de rouille Les articles se trouvant dans la cuisine sont bien mais ils manquent tous même de diversité Pas de sel de poivre de sucre Pas de couteaux pour couper cuisiner (malgré une planche à découper) Le lave-vaisselle étais vraiment très sale nombreuses tache de rouille se qui ne donne pas envie de faire la vaisselle dedans Les plaque de parquet plastique étaient très mal posé elles bougent quand on marche dessus Dans un des placards un kit confort totalement vide 😳 Les peignoirs sont à loué au début du séjour Le restaurant de l’hôtel propose une très belle vue surtout en terrasse

I booked this hotel for a holiday in June 2024, but boy how I wished I hadn’t. Foolishly I reached out to the hotel and my experience was POOR..! If you want to feel like a valued customer. If you want to have your emails answered in a reasonable time. If you want anyone at the hotel to deal with your query. If you don’t want to wait 3 weeks for a wholly inadequate reply front office manager and then find out once you reply immediately that they have now gone on holiday…! Then I STRONGLY suggest that you book somewhere else, because this hotel treats you with contempt. Thankfully I got my money back as there is no way I’m spending hard earned money at a place like this. My advice is BOOK ELSEWHERE…!
