HC 巴塞羅那莫雷特飯店

房間裡有股煙味，連床上用品都有煙味。浴室裡，乾淨整潔，水槽的排水塞卻無法取下。早餐豐盛可口，每天早上都有運動員穿著運動服，滿頭大汗地過來吃，讓在場的人很沮喪，工作人員卻沒有人指出這樣不合適。總的來說是一次糟糕的經驗。

We have just left Hotel HC Mollet after staying for 4 nights over the MotoGP weekend. I struggle to understand some of the negative reviews on this hotel as I had no problems whatsoever with our stay. The hotel isn't in Barcelona for a start, something like Google maps can be your friend here before you book. Marta and her staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast twice and there was ample choice of hot food, pastries, cereal and fresh fruit. There is a bar area with San Miguel Magna beer on tap, which was very nice, and reasonably priced. It is an ideal base if visiting the circuit of Catalunya - about 10mins drive away. The Repsol and LCR Honda teams were staying in the hotel too. Parking wasn't an issue as there is free on street parking in the streets around the hotel and 3 spaces outside. When we return to Barcelona again for the racing I wouldn't hesitate to book Hotel HC Mollet.

With a great regret I need to review this Hotel , not only for the lack of professionalism but for the lack of customer care so nobody feels the way I was treated by them. First of all, for the price I paid for 2 nights without breakfast ( over 200 euros ) you can book at Ibis which are far more professional and caring ( booked Ibis in 8 different countries without any issues). The receptionists on arrived will tell you that you have a fridge in the room with some beverages ( no one room in the hotel has fridges). Every single room has a door in the middle of the wall which communicated with another room (better if you bring earplugs as you will hear everything from the next door ) If you are not happy because you can't sleep due the noise they won't change you into another room (I asked and they didn't want to move me to another room) I can continue detailing the rooms like the TV is on the middle of the wall but the bed is on the side of the room so if you like to watch the TV from the bed you'll end up with sore neck , but I hope you have enough information to book another hotel. After check out they were asking me to pay for a breakfast that I never had ( I didn't know even where the restaurant was ? ) so make sure they won't overcharge you. So, the personal wasn't trained at all, no manager available DIY hotel.

The hotel is run down and doesn’t look to be maintained at all. Rooms look like they are decades old with skirting and fixtures quite literally falling apart, paint chipped off, I repaired damage etc… The older woman on staff was friendly and polite but the young woman was quite frankly useless. My company had shipped a package to arrive at the hotel, the young woman told me packages to guests are not possible. The next day the older woman gave me the package. On other occasions my colleagues and I arrived at the hotel late at night while the young girl was working. She was very ignorant, didn’t say hello and was sitting behind the desk with another woman (who I’m gathering is a friend, not a colleague). The place quite often stinks of cigarettes (both the lobby and rooms) and this woman spent most of her time out front smoking with her friend. One night in particular we came back late with our own pizzas and ate therm in the lobby. She looked annoyed, ignored us and went outside smoking. A guest arrived to speak to reception and was stood there for around 10 minutes being totally ignored. She walked off our back and I asked her friend (who I presumed was a colleague as she was sitting behind reception) for a drink from the bar. She told me she could get me a drink. I left and went to my room. On the first night the room I slept in was very noisy with lots of traffic from the main road. My window would not close fully which only added to the noise. The next day I asked to switch rooms. Breakfast is disgusting. Bad tea, hardly any milk and a toaster from the 90s where all the text has worn off the controls so I couldn’t figure out how to cook my roast correctly. Very small selection and virtually nothing for veggies other than some old fruit and a couple of baked goods. Parking is a nightmare. There’s an underground car park that we were told was fully booked so we had to drive around the streets every night looking for a space, driving round the one way system. This was not cool, one particular night when finishing work at midnight we drove around the streets for about 20 minutes looking for parking before parking about 5 minutes away next to a car that had been broken into.
