Children's pool. In the house: lift. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bar, café 200 m, bus stop 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. "Mojacar Breeze - Seaview", 4-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (105 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Large terrace. Terrace furniture.
