The Oaks on Colonial is located is a beautiful mature neighborhood.Nestled under soaring oaks and pine trees.The home is conveniently located near a major highway that is the perfect layover point when traveling from Mississippi to various local attractions.This property boasts three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms.You can also rent the detached guest house as part of your rental. The guest house has one bedroom and one bathroom, fully functional kitchens and washer/dryer combo.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).Pet fee $75 per pet.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Pet Fee 75.00 per pet.Holidays or event weekends I require a 3 night sta.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Changed location, but wonderful
Our original reservation was for the Oaks on Colonial as pictured, but we ended up staying in the Oaks on Springhill because of circumstances beyond the owner's control. He was very quick to notify us of the change and chose a similar property based on our needs. So, just to be clear, Springhill is the subject of this review. Both properties are owned by Danny who is friendly and easy to communicate with. The Oaks on Springhill suited our needs perfectly and was quiet, yet convenient to major freeways. The property was nicely furnished and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the backyard was large and fenced which was wonderful for the pets that we were transporting from Florida to Texas. Our stay was brief, but very enjoyable. Thank you Danny!
