This is my go to place when visiting Knutsford, I always get a friendly welcome, the rooms are clean and have a tv, kettle, tea and coffee, and the breakfast is the best ever. I’ve stayed in other hotels and b&b’s but this is far and away the best. 100% recommend.

An absolutely delightful stay for my wife, children and partners at Laburnum Cottage. Karen was a wonderful host and could not have made us feel more welcome. Spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast both mornings, and even an emergency supply of nail varnish as my daughter had forgotten hers. Everything a Guest House should be, and we will certainly revisit if ever in the Knutsford area again.

Brilliant place to stay . If only you could give places 5 Star Plus . Great hosts . Lovely comfy and clean accommodation. Great breakfast in the morning (I am a veggie ) with perfect poached eggs. Easy to book online. Good parking . Easy to find . Would happily return and definitely recommend people to stay if you need a base in the area .

This was our third stay at Laburnam Cottage Guest House and once again, we were very pleased with our stay. The hosts greeted us warmly and offered milk for tea straight away. The room was lovely with a huge King sized bed and a terrific shower. We slept so well ahead of our journey back to Canada. Breakfast was made to order and totally delicious! We love this guest house because the hosts are so welcoming. It is just a quick 25 minute drive to Manchester Airport and there is a super fantastic pub (The Bull's Head) just a mile away (very walkable). We'll be sure to stay when we are next in the area!

Extended family stayed as we attended a wedding at Owens Barn. Our hosts were warm and friendly and knowledgable about the ares and helped us to sort a minibus to the venue. All the rooms were really spotless and the beds were super comfy. Cooked breakfast was very good. Coffee, tea & water in the room. Car parking at the front and nice garden area to sit in at the back.

A very warm welcome from friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean and well provided for accommodation and very comfortable beds. Great breakfast and the location is ideal for events at Tatton Park. Wide parking spaces for anyone going to a motoring event.
