The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and warm. I will choose this hotell again.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. There is an apartment-sized refrigerator and a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave oven. Super nice plus very helpful staff - the room was very clean and quiet! The hotel is two blocks off the main street where restaurants and shopping opportunities are plentiful. I didn't use the pool but others did and it looked like they were quite enjoying themselves. My only negative was that I had a hard time opening the keyed door. After having been shown the "trick" do doing so, I had no problems. Oh! - and the price is excellent!

Avoid booking this motel if you value a reliable booking. They will "walk' you and ignore your confirmed *******/ 3rd party booking, ifanother customer phones or walks in. Despite seeing our ******* reservation, they over sold their rooms and refused to honor our booking. They offered no apology and turned us away suggesting that we hunt for a room in crowded Moab on a Saturday night! Rude front desk guy tried to blame *******, and went as far as to say that while he felt sorry for us (being potentially homeless for the night), that he personally was NOT SORRY! Wow! His rudeness extended to customers that he brushed off on the phone while we where standing there. Clearly, he's a guy who's not cut out for the service industry. It's also important to note that we arrived at 330pm when checkin begins at 3. Bottomline, your reservation is not secure. You can't count on ethical behavior from this motel. Book elsewhere for peace of mind. They will leave you high and dry without any help or accountability if it means a few more bucks from a direct booking. They should really be removed from ******* and all of their affiliates. They are breaking their contract with the platform and are damaging *******'s reputation. Hopefully, others can avoid our terrible experience with this motel and make a better, more secure choice.

I really wanted to stay here and was excited to see Moab. I had car trouble and had to cancel. The manager refused to give me a refund for my prepaid reservation. I feel I had a legitimate reason, and I do plan to return to Moab someday and would have loved to stay here at that time, but I will not now. I would not recommend prepaying for this hotel, you may regret it. BTW my friend is planning a trip to Moab and she will not stay at Desert Inn now. Mods, you may delete this if it is not allowed due to me not actually staying here but I felt it was important for people to hear about my experience.

Bien situé à 1 rue du centre. Coin cuisine avec lavabos, du coup pas de lavabos dans la sdb. Sinon parfait. Bonne literie.

Charmant motel, très bien entretenu , accueil au top , éloigné de la route principale , et grande chambre avec bonne literie. Parfait.

Property was extremely clean. Walkable to ***** with multiple dining and shopping options. Friendly staff.
