Die Anlage ist heruntergekommen und in schlechtem Zustand. Die Zelte bestehen zum Teil nur noch Fetzen. Das Personal vor Ort scheint keine Idee zu haben für was sie da sind (vermutlich trifft das zu). Das Frühstück ist in einem Zelt und 50 Meter entfernt steht an anderer Stelle Kaffee und Tee. Unmöglich! Diese Anlage kann trotz der schönen Lage nicht empfohen werden, ja, ich würde gar eine Warnung davor aussprechen.

Какой-то ужас. 1. В день чек ина сказали что номер который мы заказали не существует и это ошибка на сайте. 2. Первое окупилось тем что нам дали самую дешёвую комноту и сделали скидку чуть ли не в 50%. НО в 12 часов ночи решил я значит зайти в комноту, и тут я был шокирован, в нашей "комноте" двое совершено незнакомых мне людей расположилесь и готовы уже лечь спать. Сказать что я был в шоке, нечего не сказать, самое последнее чем я хотел заниматься посреди ночи и после того как я выпил, это разбираться с какиме-то людьми по поводу комноты и пытаться что-то решать по поводу комноты. Когда мы въехали в комноту, она была пуста и убрана. 3. Девочка с чек-ина пришла и старалась успокоить меня, ясно понятно я был зол, со словами что "ты меня наверное не понял, я говорила другой номер комноты". Пришли мы к той комноте про которую она якобы имела ввиду, и вот чудо, там спят люди и она совершено не стесняясь навот на них фонарём якобы убедиться что они там. В итоге переехали в другую комноту, нашлась в итоге и заработали фобию) Сан узлы, бассейны и комнаты вообще отдельный рассказ, полная антисанитария. Вобщем платить за ЭТО, уже лишнее!! Жаль нельзя ставить оценки в минус.

My recent stay at Selina Ramon was incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to stay away. Despite being priced like a 5-star hotel, it falls far short of expectations and deserves no more than 2 stars. Here are some key details of my experience: 1. The kitchen area was consistently dirty, and despite being advised not to bring our own dishes, there weren't enough provided, forcing us to constantly request more. 2. The bathroom and showers were not adequately clean, and there was a shortage of toilet paper. 3. The staff were incredibly noisy until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. 4. On the hottest day of the year, we experienced a 12-hour electricity outage, with temperatures soaring to 40 degrees Celsius outside and approximately 70 degrees inside the tents. Despite the discomfort, there was no offer of even a bottle of cold water. 5. Despite registering for an activity three days in advance with a group of 16 people, there were only 8 spots available when we arrived. This lack of organization and communication was frustrating and unacceptable. 6. The staff appeared to be too laid-back and unhelpful, failing to address our concerns or provide assistance when needed. 7. To add insult to injury, we were overcharged by 1000 shekels at checkout due to a "mistake" and were wrongly accused of not canceling a room, needing providing proof of cancellation. It's worth noting that we also heard similar complaints from other guests during our stay. In summary, my experience at Selina Ramon was far below expectations, and I would caution others against staying here until significant improvements are made.

Horrendous experience. Left after just one night. Lack of management is very much clear. No electricity in the hottest day of April, with no one to tell you when it will come back. No cook but no one tells it to you. With 3 small children at 7 pm one needs to drive 1 hour back and forth to bring food. At least we got a full refund with no argument at all. Tnx for that. Seriously.

We came to stay here in 3 tents, one had faulty zips and a coyote broke into the tent in the middle of the night making the occupants feel very unsafe. When we told management they sympathised but did not offer any compensation. Only one of the two mini pools was filled and was full of algae. Would not recommend

Fabulous glamping experience Fabulous glamping tent with comfortable beds, aircon, mini fridge and power socket. Communal shower/toilet block close by was clean. Lovely sitting areas with shade, hammocks and plunge pools. Great place to relax and for star gazing. Local town is 10 min drive with lots of food options. Evening food at the site is very limited and breakfast was pretty basic. Great experience staying here but recommend you eat out or bring your own food (there is a kitchen and bbq area with large fridges). Staff very friendly.
