貝雷席特 - 伊斯羅泰尊爵飯店(Beresheet by Isrotel Exclusive)

The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious and clean. Having a pool overlooking the dessert was a real perk. Food was delicious but really overpriced. Breakfast is included but all other meals were add-ons and expensive. The staff was generally nice and attentive. The common areas (pool, lobby, restaurants etc.) were beautifully designed and maintained. A couple of this thatcan be improved are the customer service and the comfort of their beds. We came for our anniversary and despite mentioning this a few times, the hotel had nothing much to offer. Our mattress was also really hard (and we love firm mattresses). Overall a positive experience, but expensive. Probably worth for very special occasions only...

They used to have extremely good food and service. This was my 4th visit to this hotel. The service is terrible. It takes forever to get room service. The front desk didn't know what they were doing, and everyone we spoke with referred us to someone else. Food used to be amazing, but now it's average at best. Variety and quality-wise. Amazing hotel! Luxury stay, staff is superb, attentive and obliging, the property is beautifully designed and maintained to fit in with the magnificent crater with views of the crater from every location at the property. Food is amazing, recommend going half board so can enjoy the brilliant breakfast and dinner. Lounges by the pool overlooking the crater are a treat, with pool side staff keen to make up your ‘bed’ and cater for anything you need. Concierge staff who arrange anything you need, valet parking and to drive you and your luggage to rooms via golf cart if you don’t want to walk. Bedroom and bathroom very comfortable and well maintained.

Un lugar muy hermoso, fuera de lo común, nadar en el desierto te sientes como en un oasis. Descanso total. Un paraíso en el desierto!!! El paseo en jeep con Noam a ver el atardecer bonito. El cuarto no me encantó, es pequeño y las camas muy chicas, y no es lujoso en relación al costo. El servicio excelente, el personal muy amable.

L’hôtel est magnifique, mais le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoile , ce sont des jeunes sans expérience et malheureusement notre chambre était placée très loin de tout sans vue très décevant pour le prix de cet hôtel, cependant l’infrastructure est magique et la tranquillité unique .

une site exceptionnel, une jeune femme qui nous dit qu'elle nous donne la meilleure des chambres.... j avais réservé pour 2 nuits une chambre avec piscine privée. j utilise le téléphone de la chambre, je le soulève et trouve le restant d'un join de hashich. le premier jour, petit dejeuner en chambre, à 17h je rentre, chambre faite mais vaisselle non débarassée... wc non nettoyé, peignoir non changé, commutateur de douche en panne, lumieres piscine en panne.... les deux clés désactivées on ne sait pas pourquoi.... seule réponse de la direction, on vous offre vos extras et on va checker plus serieusement..... kidding guy le directeur. bref le Beresheet n est plus ce qu il était et le service est assez lamentable. je pense que dans quelques années ce sera un very cheap ibis hotel.....

Overall high standard. Buildings blended well into the environment and we had some loveley walsk locally. Let down by some aspects of service. Staff removed our cake and milk for no reason and these were only replaced after two reminders. Toilet was not well cleaned. Everything was moved around in the bathroom. Not eco-friendly to remove partially used cosmetics and replace all the towels: they would have been good for our entire stay. Lighting so low in the main building it was impossible to read. Toilet lighting so dim as to be dangerous. Slow service to get coffee at breakfast. Food fabulous.

Rooms are very comfortable and the mini bar is free. Not much choice of drinks but fine for me.(water coke) You need to book spa trea**ents ahead as it gets very booked up. Food is amazing and there’s so much choice

Our room was spectacular with a balcony and view of the crater. Pool was incredibly cool and modern setting. Food was generous and high superb quality. Didnt want to leave. Just wonderful
