We had to switch rooms because the tenants above us were so loud they kept us up till 2:30am despite calling them in multiple times. The room we switched to had broken AC and was 80 degrees. Packed up and switched AGAIN and THE THIRD room had water heater issues in the shower.

Great place to go for a stay. Kids had fun and breakfast was delicious. The pool is fun but wish it was deeper , hard to go down slides and hit the bottom of the pool .

Very clean, very nice and very comfortable hotel. The staff are very and service was excellent. Shuttle service was super fast and courteous. I wasn't expecting this hotel to be have so many kids but that is because of the waterslides and pool area. So be aware that kids make noise and are busy if on a business trip. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Property great but ******* booked us with a king (per our request) but front desk said ******* overbooked kings so we had queen- which was fine but hotel couldn’t refund difference…
So I paid for king but got queen

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had great options with an attendant on sight. The pool area was lots of fun for the grand kids and there was an attendant on sight to enforce the rules.
