南本德市中心萬豪萬怡飯店(Courtyard South Bend Downtown)

Perfect spot for what we went for. Unfortunately, did not receive the room we requested and paid for due to overbooking? Went from a two bed queen to a king size bed with 3 people. The pull out couch worked but wasn't very comfortable. It King room was cheaper but I still have not received the reimbursement for the change of rooms.

We spent the weekend downtown- love the location- we walked to theater and for food- had a couple of small issues that were handled immediately and to our satisfaction. Thanks

Opened room we were given a key to…. Room was a mess and 3/4 bottle of Tequila in the room. Had to switch rooms…. Was a complimentary stay with **********…. But the hotel continues to put holds on our Credit Card!!! Up over $600 now!!!! Totally incompetent and stupid. Never again!

$30 for two cheeseburgers and fries is like going to the movie theater. Absolutely ridiculous. Left the water run in the shower for 10 minutes straight and virtually every position on the knob. Just a very hint of lukewarm water. Way too cold to shower. Same with the sink

The biggest issue is that we were scheduled to check in at 3 o’clock and it was not until after five did they have a room ready… Prior to my arrival I waited on hold for nearly an hour just to get to speak with someone! I think the staff did the best they could do and they were friendly and kind however the Hotel Management and staffing was definitely an issue!

Quick stop on our way home. Nice hotel. Very courteous.

We love quick trips to dow town South Bend and this was a new hotel to us I would stay again
