房間裏的燈有問題，關閉後會半分鐘閃一下，一直也沒有修好，晚上睡覺被閃醒了

房間可以看到海景，非常棒！走路50米就是沙灘，沙子很好很細膩

很破，看起來臟臟的，國內招待所水平，價格又虛高，附近東西不好吃，我覺得美瑞莎這個地方就不該來

我很遺憾地說，酒店的價值與我們支付的價格（120 美元/晚）不符。 我們最初收到的房間有一些問題，例如沒有蚊帳，門上有幾個通風口和縫隙。我們懇求換房間。門鎖故障，使用鑰匙很困難，房間電話也無法使用。 我們在住宿期間遇到了各種不便。飯店餐廳整個晚上都在大聲播放音樂，我們不得不多次要求降低音量。儘管位於便利的海濱位置，附近酒吧的噪音一直持續到凌晨 5 點餐廳音樂結束後。房間裡的空調不僅品質差，而且噪音很大。 用餐體驗還有很多不足之處。餐廳提供的魚顯然不新鮮，鮪魚牛排煮得太熟，幾乎無法食用。我們也注意到房間裡沒有保險箱和水壺，可能是因為電源插座的特殊位置分佈在整個房間的各個不方便的位置。 我們在第二個房間的蚊帳遇到了問題，因為它有一個洞，需要臨時夾子才能保持完好無損。浴室也有一些問題：由於配件損壞，淋浴噴頭無法正確安裝，馬桶滴到地板上，整體設置似乎非常注重預算。浴簾顯得又黃又髒，令人不快。 此外，我們注意到牆上有兩個大洞，沒有任何明顯的原因，這增加了房間的整體混亂。房間佈局缺乏一致的風格，導致整體體驗不太愉快。 還要注意的是，房間的陽台有一個木製護欄，從外面看似乎已經腐爛了。這引起了安全問題，特別是如果房間裡有孩子可能會不小心倚靠在上面。護欄有可能斷裂，造成潛在危險。 考慮到 125 美元/晚的價格，我們發現房間的條件和設施與科倫坡同等價位的酒店（提供標準四星級體驗）相比非常不令人滿意。我希望能夠做出必要的改進，以提高這家飯店的整體客人滿意度。

12天斯里蘭卡最差的 三天每天都在裝修 早上八點開始 打電話問就騙人説通知停了 但是永遠在繼續 樓下海邊酒吧巨大音樂聲到後半夜兩三點 早上八點前台打電話吵醒提醒你退房 且整個酒店基本沒人住 酒店房間裏有個拉門 以為是櫃 拉開直接是隔壁房 真的嚇死了 就是隔的兩個房間 本來想觀鯨這裏近碼頭 晚上蹦迪音樂根本睡不着 中午過來累得要死想休息 裝修根本休息不了

如果您是居住在國外的斯里蘭卡人，請不要造訪這家飯店。不尊重使用母語的人。工作人員不友善很粗魯。尤其是接待員，她需要參加客戶服務以及如何與客人交談的培訓。沒有客戶滿意，服務很差。對於四個人來說，他們只保留了兩個水瓶，並且在三天內都沒有補充咖啡或茶包。我們在斯里蘭卡的其他酒店沒有經歷過這種情況。我會給這家飯店 0 分。永遠不要再回到這個地方。非常糟糕的經驗。

Its a decent looking hotel on the main beach road in the middle of Marissa with easy access to the beach on the other side of the road, the pool is good and the staff were pleasant. To enter the hotel you have to make your way around several vehicles/ Buses that are parked right in front of reception and the pool, therefore while swimming or relaxing on the sunbeds your looking at buses, even worse the shower that you are supposed to use before entering the pool is on the other side of those vehicles, tucked away by the outside wall across what is a carpark. Our room was a good size and had a great view of the pool and beach but the woodwork on the balcony was rotting and dangerous. It was not that clean, the bathroom and entrance area had ants everywhere, we had to ask to have our room cleaned because it wasn't done the first day. The corridor as you leave the lifts has the air-conditioning units for each room hung along the walls and is boiling and smelly. I wouldn't stay again.

We stayed here with our family for a weekend, the hotel is located at the heart of Mirissa. The beach is located accross the road and it offers big family ocean view rooms with secluded balconies overlooking the internal pool. The hotel is clean and the rooms were equipped with fridges and safe where we could store our laptops. We were welcomed by their friendly staff which accommodated all our needs and made sure our luggages got to the room safely. The check in process was smoothless and since we got to the hotel at around sunset, we rushed to the beach to see all the beautiful scenaries.

Dates of stay were 21-23 April 2023. Rooms 410 (direct sea view)/ 418 (side sea view but still great) You cannot go wrong with Randiya in terms of proximity to the beach, stores, wine shops, Cargil (supermarket), local eateries, bakeries, grocery stores and everything else you may need. Rooms are spacious, spotless and have a balcony with great view of the sea. Bathrooms have a shower cubicle, toiletries were minimal with just shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was about alright, on the first floor. They also have a restaurant on the ground floor, and we ordered soup one night and it turned out very very salty. they quickly rectified it. Only hiccup we had was at checkout. Prior to booking overseas, we had exchanged email communication with the manager who confirmed they accepted USD payment by cash and card. Only on checkout, we were told they didnt have a card machine for dollars!! Anyway we had to work out cash from the ATM and paid it off. So i would just say confirm and RECONFIRM their modes of payment. They also offered us a discount for the inconvenience, which was a nice gesture. We had run around a lot on checkout to get the cash which was an unplanned expense. We spent a day by the pool as well, ordered beers (chilled Carlberg ) by the poolw hihc was amazing! Good way to beat the heat. Cross the road and you are at the silky beaches that stretch from corner to corner, with seafood restaurants that offer some amazing seafood.. This is a MUST-DO!! You cannot miss the vibrant night life and great LIVE sea food to pick from every dusk! Great stay at randiya, and I'd recommend any reader on this page to book it without hesitation.

The staff are very friendly, especially Mihirani she gave us the warmest welcome, she’s the best! The location of the hotel is right in front of the beach which is very convenient. The room was very lovely, nice view, big room and good AC.

Great location just in front of the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean and had a balcony with great view of the sea. AC works well with ceiling fan. The pool was clean and just in the right amount of shade for those 30+ afternoons to cool you off. The breakfast and restaurant on site was wonderful. Dilshan one of the staff was very attentive and considerate. He has such a lovely smile that you feel welcomed and specially cared for. Ordering food by the pool for lunch and snacks was great. Overall a wonderful experience in Marissa

A very good hotel with close proximity to the beach. Rooms are specious and clean with all facilities. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average but no complaints. Recommend to stay if you are looking for a decent hotel with walking distance to the beach but not by the beach.

The hotel's location is perfect. Infront of the sea and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a pool in the middle of the hotel that was relaxing. They have the the best staff especially Mihirani. She was truly amazing!
