斯里沙拉維海灘水療別墅

Das Sri Sharavi an der Südküste von Sri Lanka ist eine kleine Anlage mit 12 sehr großen und schön eingerichteten Zimmern. Das Hotel hat einen über 40m langen Pool mit angenehmer Wassertemperatur. Der Service ist hervorragend, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und allzeit hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir am Pool an jedem Tag Besuch von Sittichen und einem Eisvogel. Der Strand liegt direkt vor dem Resort, die Brandung ist recht stark, zum Schwimmen im Meer sollte man ca. 100m entfernt einsteigen.

We hebben 13 nachten genoten van een verblijf dat werkelijk in alle opzichten uitmuntend was. Vanaf het eerste moment werden we in de watten gelegd door Chamara, een gastheer in hart en nieren. Hij voelt feilloos aan wat je nodig hebt en handelt daar direct naar. Zelfs bij persoonlijke uitdagingen, zoals het regelen van een doktersbezoek, stond hij klaar met praktische hulp en oprechte zorg. De bediening is vriendelijk, oplettend en altijd met een glimlach. De schoonmaak verdient alle lof: het is hygiënisch schoon tot in de kleinste details. Ook de beveiliging draagt bij aan een gevoel van rust en veiligheid, waardoor je volledig ontspannen kunt genieten. En dan het eten… elke maaltijd was een feestje. De koks bereiden met passie de heerlijkste gerechten, telkens weer smaakvol en met zorg gepresenteerd. Kortom: een verblijf waar gastvrijheid, comfort en kwaliteit samenkomen. Een absolute aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een warm welkom en een zorgeloze vakantie.

Cet hôtel est une merveille , un trésor à mirissa beach avec un personnel de qualité et le Manager est exceptionnel !! Au top , réservez sans hésitation . Les repas sont excellents , les chambres , la vue et la piscine est incroyable !!

Très bel établissement avec un service soigné et réactif. Le personnel est attentionné et à l’écoute des clients L’hôtel est bien entretenu avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Accès direct à la plage Merci pour ce séjour

HOTEL IS A SCAM! IT IS A GUESTHOUSE NOT 5* HOTEL. IT HAS NO STAR RATING! HOMEYMOON RUINED!!!! We booked online from the UK for our honeymoon as all booking websites stated this was a 5* hotel. We picked it due to this and it was the most expensive hotel in the area (even more than the Marriott Weligama/ we had just arrived from Anatara resort) and our longest stay. On arrival we were so underwhelmed. The property grounds were not tidy with leaves everywhere, the bathroom was run down with no amenities like a vanity or dental kit, the towels were not hotel and poor quality. The bar staff hassled us to buy drinks as we walked around. No 5* service. Breakfast was poor. We raised our concerns with the manager in the first instance and enquired about checking out early as we were on our honeymoon and had paid a lot for 5* and this was clearly not the case. The manager agreed to upgrade the room but we decided to sleep on it and decide in the morning. I then woke up with dead mosquitos on my pillow (first time in all of our Sri lanka 3 week stay) despite the mosquito net. Breakfast was poor quality with no fresh fruit and options of cappuccino at an extra charge! This is not 5*.. They had no complimentary activities like yoga, you also cannot surf on the beach! We immediately expressed checking out early due to disappointment and getting a refund for the remaining nights. The manager Kenny then stated we booked through a third party so we needed to contact them to check but had we booked directly with the hotel he would have refunded us. So we proceeded to do this. The third party agreed for a refund based on this ( we have it in writing) and said that they had made contact with the hotel and that they had agreed for a refund for us. We then proceeded to book an alternative hotel (as we had confirmation we booked the Marriot). We proceeded to get our bags and tell Kenny this, however he disputed the refund saying he had not stated this to us or third party and that he will not refund us. He called the higher manager who suggested our experience was due to booking an inferior room and 5* is subjective so we would not be refunded. It was sad and upsetting and has ruined our honeymoon. Upon checking into the Marriot, they advised us the property had no star rating we then emailed the official Sri Lankan tourism board who said the same (photos attached). Please note my other reviews I rarely leave bad reviews!

In een prachtige rustige omgeving gelegen met goede service hebben we genoten van een paar dagen aan het zwembad/strand.

L’hôtel et les chambres sont véritablement 5 étoiles. Les villas sont magnifiques et très bien entretenues, les chambres le sont tout autant. Il y a également un espace lounge par villa très agréable. La terrasse avec la piscine donnant sur la mer est juste sublime, la plus longue et belle piscine que j’ai vu, le spectacle des vagues depuis les transat est juste hypnotisant. Le service est lui aussi 5 étoiles, chaque personnel (service ou réception) est très agréable, arrangeant et disponible pour que le séjour soit parfait. Les cocktails et boissons sont top (mention spéciale au ice tea). Nous y sommes venus pour l’anniversaire de ma copine, il avait fait une véritable mise en scène avec bouquet, pétales de fleurs, gâteau d’anniversaire, c’était top! Il faut également que vous testiez absolument le spa, nous avons fait le meilleur massage de notre vie! L’emplacement est lui aussi incroyable, il donne sur une plage magnifique, très naturelle et avec peu de personne (cela ne sera peut être plus le cas à cause de l’énorme Ritz qui est construction juste à côté et qui vient détruire cette si belle nature.) Choses qui m’ont déplu : - Mis à part les plats de fruits de mer et de poissons qui sont excellents, le reste des plats ne sont pas si incroyable au vu du prix élevé de ces derniers. Le rapport qualité/prix du restaurant est un peu déséquilibré. - Les taxes additionnels pour le restaurant et le spa sont très élevés (15-20% supplémentaires) même avec le rabais des 15% car vous êtes clients de l’hôtel. - Ils nous ont facturé le cocktail offert à l’entrée, ça n’est vraiment pas digne d’un standing 5 étoiles :(

We booked this resort after seeing it on several websites and thought it would be a perfect location. The ocean front location and beach looked fantastic. Through our travel agent we booked an Ocean deluxe suite that was not cheap ( probably £350/ 400 per night) we thought opening the doors in the morning and walking out onto the ocean facing balcony would be fantastic. When we checked in we were shown to our suite, it was a fantastic room with vaulted ceiling and a full length wall of glass looking out to a rooftop garden and a small set of doors with a view of the ocean between 2 buildings. When we checked with Kenny the manager to make sure we had the correct room it was , a deluxe suite has a partial sea view. ( my fault I should have double checked before booking) Still shell shocked from that and after unpacking we decided to go down to the beach and have a drink and relax. We got to the bar ordered a drink and then walked to the beach and almost fell off the 12 foot high retaining wall and onto the rocks where the beach used to be. THE BEACH HAS GONE, washed away, thousands of tonnes of sand has gone. When I asked Kenny about the beach he shrugged his shoulders and said it used to be there but had been washed away but hopefully it will be washed back again, I said he needs an engineering project like the Jumeirah Palm to get the beach back. We stayed here for 7 days, all the staff are great and very helpful. The 45 metre infinity pool was beautiful. The suite we had was lovely. I could not fault the hotel nor its staff except that it is vastly overpriced ( + they add 10% service 18% VAT& 2.5% ) 30.5% to every thing, but to sell yourself as a beach resort you really do need to have a beach

我們回到了我們一直以來最喜歡的景點美蕊沙和韋利格默，並參觀了令人驚嘆的Sri Sharavi 海灘別墅並享用午餐，開始了我們的假期，距離美蕊沙僅有短短10 分鐘車程。 從我們到達的那一刻起，我們就受到了別墅經理肯尼的熱烈歡迎，他的熱情好客為我們接下來的體驗奠定了基調。飯店佈置非常漂亮，擁有四棟時尚的建築，每棟建築均設有三間典雅的客房和套房，外加兩間額外的客房以及一個寧靜的水療中心。 其中一個突出的特色是43米長的無邊海水泳池，我相信它是該地區最大的泳池，絕對引人注目！我們忍不住在泳池邊花點時間，欣賞美景，享受寧靜的氛圍。 食物同樣令人難忘，每道菜都堪稱完美。團隊的服務非常出色、友好、周到，並且總是面帶微笑。 對於那些尋求在米瑞莎 (Mirissa) 享受奢華、放鬆和卓越服務的人，我強烈推薦 Sri Sharavi 海灘別墅。無論您是來此用餐還是計劃小住，這裡都會給您留下深刻的印象。
