El registrarse estuvo perfecto, despues todo mal. No tiene desayuno complementario cuando al reservar dice que si, el personal del lobby muy mal para comunicación, la comida del hotel malísima, parece comida de microondas, la cocinera ni sabe cocinar, es la impresión que me dio la una comida que comí, en la ducha contrabajos sale muy poca agua estacionamiento de nade cuados para el hotel por el precio que se paga, en general muy mal. El cuarto es lo único que me agradó. En general, comida y personal de servicio muy mal

Because it was a garden inn I was not expecting the normal quality of a hilton. I was so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I could live in that room that I had the linens were exceptional the space was great the amenities were great the parking was great a block from the beach was great having a bar restaurant in the building made things very convenient the pillows were amazing

The original room's door would not close. The keypad appeared to be malfunctioning. I asked the frontdesk clerk to switch my room after I got back from lunch but she deactivated my key anyway. She acted as if she didnt know what to do to accommodate us and was told to give us a new room. We had to be escorted to gather our things from the original room. The bed frames were so cheap that you could hear them rattle with each move. So much so that I heard my neighbors and their "activities" over in my room. I've never stayed at a Hilton with such poor beds. For the money, they should really invest in frames that dont make noise. I wasted $300 in key cash to stay a weekend to hear my neighbors getting it on all weekend

I just love this hotel. Everyone is extremely helpful and accommodating. We arrived long before check in so they kept our bags. We also had a late checkout and they kept our bags until we were able to call an Uber 2 hours later to go to the airport. The beds were super comfortable. The exercise room has a peloton, TRX strap, treadmills, and free weights. There is a bar with happy hour from 5:00 to 7:00 every day. The beach is a very short walk or you can take the shuttle golf cart. There are restaurants in shopping. Very close by for whatever you need. We will definitely be back again.

Very accommodating & pet friendly! The beach was just a short walk across the street & there were many food options around the area including a grocery store just feet away. The gym is small, but will work if you just need to get your cardio in. The pool stays open pretty late. We will definitely book here again during our next trip.

Breakfast was pricey. We are coffee & tea lovers, But the coffee machine in our room was notbworking when we arrive late in the night. I was about to use the hit water, however the water is filling out from the coffee maker. We woke up late in the morning becuase we arrive late in the night from our 10hrs trip from home, when i go down at 9:50am it was already close and no coffee available. I talk to the front desk (mexican white lady maybe) and ask her if she can send someone to check the coffee maker, until we go down to the beach at 12noon no one came. So we kust leave and take our coffee and breakfast outside. When we came back the coffee machine still wasnt fixed, then i have to go down again and ask someone to check it. Luckily, the guy on the front desk call someone to go with me to check the coffee machine. Upon checking, he told me that theres something missing on the coffee maker that needs to fixed and put it on. And it was fixed. But it was already past 8pm and in d morning we’re checking out. We checked in On the 5th and checked out on the 7th..

Husband and I stayed for one night as we were passing through. The day before our stay I received an email from one of the front desk ladies. She said that they tried to authorize my card but it didn’t go through, and if I didn’t contact them they would cancel by reservation after 12:00pm the next day. I called the front desk and spoke with a man who said that I could pay with my card in person at check in (check in is at 4:00pm) and he would let the woman who sent the email know to not cancel the reservation. The next day we arrive at 4:00pm and check in. The lady tells us our reservation was canceled because we didn’t contact them and she had to “rebook” us for a different room. I was frustrated at first, but she informed us the room had a balcony that faced the ocean, which was a nice perk. We get to our room and there wasn’t any towels, so had to request towels and they were brought up quickly. The sink drain cover was broken, they do have breakfast but it isn’t complimentary. Overall the hotel was nice and in a good location, but staff seemed unorganized.

This hotel is in a good location to walk to several restaurants. The bed was comfy but the bathroom and the curtains were older and a little tired. The maids were excellent at re-supplying our towels and coffee pods.

This facility and it's staff was wonderful, from check in to check out. The room was great and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The only complaint that I would have is the food and drinks in the restaurant are way over priced.
