We reserved and prepaid for a Superior Suite with a Jacuzzi tub. The hotel had the wrong information and blames us, yet WE SHOWED THEM 2 CONFIRMATIONS AND VOUCHERS PROVING that we PAID FOR a superior room. We have been traveling since for 20 days hiking & trekking, so we got a jacuzzi tub for the last days of the trip to relax. This was for our 25th anniversary, and this was our last part of the trip. They did absolutely nothing to make it right! Nothing to fix it! And did not offer us any money back and we're sitting in a regular room.

La experiencia en el hotel fue muy agradable. El personal muy amable y preocupado del servicio, siempre dispuestos a ayudar al turista. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Buena ubicación, en un lugar tranquilo, seguro y cerca del centro de Miraflores. Con restaurantes y tiendas de abarrotes en la misma cuadra. Excelente lugar para hospedarse!

Complaint The room I stayed in was very comfortable and well-appointed, and I truly appreciated the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel. However, I must express disappointment with the breakfast service. The dining room was very small, and it was overcrowded, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, I found the breakfast options to be quite limited, primarily focused on bacon-based items, which seemed unusual for a hotel of your caliber. As a guest, I would expect a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences, especially at a 4-star establishment. It is also uncommon to have to pay extra for an omelette at a hotel breakfast. This was a first for me, as even in smaller hotels or bed-and-breakfast establishments, they typically offer to prepare an omelette for you at no additional cost. I don’t believe this would be costly for the hotel, but it’s an important consideration for the guest experience. I believe improvements in the breakfast offerings and the dining room setup would significantly enhance the guest experience. I was also surprised by the lack of communication from the hotel staff. During my stay, I encountered agents who didn’t speak a word of English, which felt a bit unusual and impersonal. Clear communication is an important part of a positive guest experience, and I believe speaking English in a such high rated hotel would have made a big difference.

Desayuno malo, platos sucios a vista de todos, reposición de comidas cero, personal de atención ínfimo “miserable” poca inversión sólo ganancia , el exceso de tecnología que es meritorio no se condice con la falta de preocupación del personal … personal de aseo se habitación dejaron desaseada la cama pues había ropa encima , el desayuno es lo PEOR que vi en mi vida … exceso de ruido en la habitación , el personal parecía no comprender nada de lo que se les solicitaba cafeteras malas en desayuno. Y de nada poco y de todo poco , las sábanas ásperas , el aseo escueto , NO EXISTE ROOM SERVICE -a pesar de considerarlo en la página …. La piscina es ínfima está Justo al lado del restaurant de desayuno sin separación lo cual hace imposible su uso …LO ÚNICO BUENO … la ubicación … no lo recomiendo y personalmente tampoco regresaría
