I have stayed here a few times now and always was very satisfied. Good service, good facility, clean, well maintained, good location, good prices, quiet. My go to place when in the Mio and Fairview area.

We had booked online for June 10-12, 2022. Called to confirm today and they had no reservation for us and could not honor the reservation shown on the phone. They said they tried to contact us to confirm with us but couldn’t reach us. No explanation why. Why would they need to any way? We booked it. Would not give us our rooms. Very disappointed in the lack of service. Ruined a fishing trip for my 84 year old father. They probably sold our room at a higher rate. No morals left in business any more. I’ve been here 3 years in a row but won’t be back. So disappointing.

I’m from Mio and my family lives there. We go up often to visit and always stay at the AuSable. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cozy and the pool is always fun. The cleaning staff are also friendly. Of all the times I’ve stayed there I personally have never had an issue.

I stayed in handicap room. Only issue I had was mattress was too soft gif handicap person. You sunk foen & made it hard to get out of the bed. But rest was wonderful. Bathroom big & was designed to help handicap. But shower only would be better than tub but still Adequate. Ahold room very clean.
