No refund was given after i missed reservation due to being stuck at airport. Obviously no one can cancel a reservation when they are 35000 feet in the air

Bathroom smelled like pee, even our 4 year old commented on it. Front of microwave was disgusting. Surfaces had lots of dust and hair on them. Would not recommend.

I really hope our room was being remodeled because where the long mirror and pictures were just hooks and scrapes in the wall. Didn't realize how small a single queen would be - couldn't get our suitcase through the space between the TV stand and bed and the bedspread was disgusting. There was also hair remnants on the bathroom sink that were not ours. We booked for two nights over a baseball tournament, a Wednesday and Thursday, and tournaments are usually based on win/lose games. My husband talked to the gal working Wednesday afternoon if we could check out without getting charged and was told that if we could let them know Thursday morning before checkout if we were staying Thursday night and not be charged. We decided not to stay Thursday night and when my husband talked to the front desk Thursday morning the gal was rude and told my husband that their policy was to cancel our room by 3 pm the day before or we'll get charged and that the girl working the previous day was wrong. The state fair was in town and they could have easily re-rented our room for more than we paid. I felt it was bad business not to be somewhat flexible.

The property is a little bit dated but it was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Great location if you are in town for some shopping.

I love it here so welcoming and clean staff is amazing and on top of there game! For the negative people in the comments y'all are just unsatisfied with your lives and probably spoiled hence gotta bring others down, go stay at guess lodge wahwahs!

Good hotel great staff. Lost my reservation and cost me $100 extra. There was hair on my bed and pillow cases. Hot tub had no jets. Over all wasn’t terrible. And will prob stay again. Mostly cause of the staff being friendly

This hotel is gross - smells like cigarette smoke. No one was at the front desk when I arrived at 1am (plane was delayed) for at least 15 min in which time anyone could have walked in. The fridge was dirty, bed sheets wrinkled, stains, and found hairs on sheets and pilllow cases. Microwave was also dirty. Was offered another room, but was identically smelly and dirty, so I walked out, stranded at 130am and had to search for another hotel to stay at. I would not recommend staying at this disgusting hotel!

At midnight the TV in the adjoining room was turned on full volume. We couldn't sleep. At 4 am,I banged on the door, but couldn't wake the man., The desk clerk was rude, lied about talking to him, Finally after an hour he turned the volume down a little, but we heard it all night. We missed breakfast because of no sleep. I went to the desk to talk to the manager the next morning.I was told the manager wouldn't be in until Monday. The man was incredibly rude, and told us to leave if we didn't like it. On the morning we checked out I went to the desk to get the manager's name, where I learned that the incredibly abusive man who said the manager wouldn't be in was actually the manager. I want a full refund. Our whole trip was ruined by lack of sleep, and a 5 hour drive back to our home in Canada!
