No A/C when u first walk in lobby. Some rooms a/c didn’t work. They had to go before us to check that our room did, because they didn’t know exactly which ones didn’t. Staff was helpful and willing to accommodate. There’s some sketchy business going on in the parking lot around the hotel. Woke up to no water because there was a leak being fixed, but they did try and call to warn us. I didn’t answer because I thought it was one of those rush you out, it’s near checkout time calls, or just a wrong room issue.

The room walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on inside the hotel and out. The beds weren't very comfortable.

Good place to stay for the money you would be spending. The large pool and hot tub were amazing plus the coffee available 24/7. Easy Check in with amazing staff!

I just stayed for one night and its a decent property, well priced. Staff checked to make sure everything was OK about 30 minutes after i was in my room. Nice touch. Only complaint was that there was some kind of loud water running water that made noise for about 15 seconds EVERY minute. I had to wear ear plugs to sleep through it.

It snowed and no one shoveled by the entrance doors , the key slot to let you in back of property close to room and where parked didn’t work, calledfront desk and it still didn’t work that night or next morning when we left, some lazy people at the place, if I could I would give them a negative 10 stars

Clean friendly staff , lightbulb burnt out in bathroom and in two of the over head lights ( above bed , above tv) but not really an issue as weren’t in the room much .

Overall good clean property. Starting to show signs of age. Staff was friendly and location is great for shopping.

We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. We just needed a place to sleep. It was clean enough, definitely not perfect but nothing gross. There were burnt out lights in the bathroom. We did not use the pool. It definitely seemed old but nothing was gross. I would stay there again for the price.
