I stayed here more than two weeks, they charge me 7 times for deposit, they said once I checkout they will refund me , but I didn’t get any refund. I checked out at 1st Dec , until now I didn’t get any refund. I called them four times but they always said wait , and in the last time they even hang up my phone. They steal me more than 60 USD, how can I get my money back? thief hotel!

I am very upset with *******! I never received an email notification, text, phone call or anything stating that the cancellation policy was 48 hours. I called to cancel and they wouldn’t do it. Saying it was past the 48 hours and charged my card. Of course now, I get emails asking how my stay was and to add a review! Horrible!

I never actually stayed at the property. I phoned prior to booking a room to inquire about the state of the pool. Was informed that all pools and waterslide were in working order. When I arrived, I was informed all pools had been closed for weeks for maintenance. Absolutely terrible customer service. Front desk staff clearly are not knowledgeable on the state of their workplace. Will never book here again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and were great around my son. Pool area could use some refreshing. Seemed kind of dirty. Hot tub was out of order which ****** and the main pool was ice cold. But the kid pool was great. Again could use a little paint and upkeep. Overall a good experience.

Nice hotel. Had all the amenities I was looking for. Free breakfast was great. Only bad thing was room smelt a little musty. Probably air conditioner needed to be cleaned. Will definitely give them another chance and go there again.

I called ahead before booking the Clarion to ask about the pool. I was first put on hold and then hung up on. I called back and no answer. I called a 3rd time and asked if the pool was working and if it was warm. I was told everything was working properly. The pool was in fact not warm at all. They have a great children’s pool but my child’s lips and hands were purple after just minutes of swimming. Even the hot tub wasn’t hot! The pool area itself was cold! At other hotels through this chain I have been able to get an educator discount but was told I could not for this particular weekend.I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on using the pool.

Staff is excellent, beds and pillows are comfy. Pool area needs to be updated, rough edges, faded paint, rust, dysfunctional slide. Room had a radio/alarm clock that didn't even have proper plug in, the wallpaper in the room was coming off the wall, the drain in the tub was very slow, and the ice machine had dirty ice.

Pool water was freezing. There were no available towels. When I asked the front desk for towels I was told they didn’t have any. Was charged three times for the security deposit and twice for the room. Breakfast selection was not impressive.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool set up and space was great; kids had a great time! The pool itself needs a thorough cleaning as there’s a ton of body oil and grime and floating bits in it, as well as the bottom of the pool looks like it needs a scrub or bleaching. The pool deck was filthy with A LOT of body hair, and paint chips and flaking. The breakfast area and staff was great with lots of space and choices.
