明尼阿波利斯市中心 Moxy 飯店(Moxy Minneapolis Downtown)

Modern looking hotel, but they don’t even provide drinking water. Nothing in the room for refreshments at all. Kinda minimalist approach. No food except two types of frozen pizza. There is also a very loud aircon system that runs through the whole place, it felt like being on a ship and the noise was that loud at night I had trouble getting to sleep.

Beautiful hotel, a little disappointed on amenities for the price.

We stayed at this hotel because we attended the Monday night football game. Overall the hotel was great to pre-game and just walk across the street to the game. The staff was amazing and very friendly. However they don't do a very good job at explaining the parking ramp. We got checked in and left to go shopping/eat and while leaving the parking ramp we had to pay a exit fee. I call ed them asking why we had to pay when we are apart of the hotel. Nothing was mentioned at check-in about getting a pass for to use for exiting and entering the parking ramp. We had to pay extra to exit. They did refund that back and then gave us a pass. Leaving the parking ramp after the football game we went to leave and our ticket said it wasn't good and we owed $50 for the event parking!!! I had to go back into the hotel and explain what was going on again and they rescanned the parking ticket so we could get out and not pay $50! Overall the hotel was great but the parking ramp was a mess.

Our stay was amazing! We were in town for a concert and our stay couldn’t have been better. The staff was amazing and the location was excellent. Will definitely be staying there again! I believe our bartender’s name was Randal if I’m remembering correctly but he was AMAZING!!! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Seemed to take form over function, the rooms were very clean but ours had literally no counter space besides the two night stands. We didn’t need a desk but just a small table to set things on would have been nice, instead there was a line of hooks to hang stuff on (like 12 of them), and not even a small console table. Seems like they are trying too hard for the minimalistic look and have sacrificed any function for this. The area around the hotel is also very dirty, a lot of homeless people around, felt unsafe to even stand outside for a smoke after dark.

The Moxy scent that they spray in the foyer is a a scent that my nose was a little sensitive to but the experience was great otherwise! The staff was helpful. The room was eccentric but i liked the vibe. I would recommend it!

The MOXY is fun - they just get it. The staff is well trained and very personable. We enjoyed the area, the bar, the room, the view from our room and it was priced fairly.
