Frustrating Visit After we were finally able to check in, our stay was adequate. The check-in was delayed which was very frustrating. Check-in time was 3:00 so we tried to check in, but were told it would be 20 minutes before a room was ready and they would call us. After 45 minutes and no call we went back to the hotel and were told it would be 5:00. by this time we were very tired and frustrated. We had hope to have a nap (we are senior citizens) before we had to meet up for a dinner with the family we were visiting. We did not have time fo0r a nap after we were finally allowed in and were in our room. Another problem is the front door system. It is very difficult to maneuver the luggage cart through 2 doors into the lobby when the doors will not stay open. Automatic doors would be wonderful. The room had an unpleasant odor which was probably due to cleaning supplies used or detergent used on the sheets. We also had difficulty in the bathroom. We don't ordinarily need handicap assistance, but a handrail by the toilet would have been helpful. All the employees were kind and cheerful even when dealing with our frustrations.

This is my first time at this Hotel, and so far I am very impressed. Quiet…and the room is very nice. Will stay here again when in the area.

Clean sheets, great hot water. Clean sheets, great hot water and pressure in the shower. Pool and hot tub were great after a long day of driving.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Kiddos enjoyed the pool. Happy hour was a nice perk for the adults

This is a comfortable place to stay. I have enjoyed every visit here. The staff are great and there are many dining options nearby.
