Private: natural state property 450 m2. Outdoor shower. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 750 m, grocery 1 km, restaurant 600 m, pedestrian zone 750 m, sandy beach "remember" 50 m, park "Landes Aventure" 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake "Aureilhan" 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, surf school 700 m, riding stable 7 m. Nearby attractions: Arcachon 70 km, Biscarrosse 40 km, Casino Mimizan Plage 1.2 km. Please note: servitude in the back of the field. 5-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and modern furnishings: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. 2 showers, 2 sep. WC's. Electric heating. Upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen), DVD and wood-burning stove. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (tassimo Bosh) extra). The location and view from the house is wonderful. It is well equipped and has everything it needs! Very nice encounter with Interhome on site, with a small amount of damage that was repaired immediately. In February there is peace and quiet in Mimizan-Pl

A very well equipped, quiet house in a fantastic location. The sleeping area and the downstairs bathrooms do not offer a beautiful view, but are pleasantly cool in the heat. The living area on the 1st floor is all the more spacious. However, it can get ve
