Good stay at hotel fine room

Originally on website i requested a lift on toilet & a showerbench NEITHER were available... we wereswitched to handicap room which was very nice-had bathroom handelbars yet no shower bench. Although we asked,said my friend was a high fall risk still no shower bench. Wasable toobtain 2 buckets & plave towel on it to sit. She did fall getting into shower,which i had to help her get on that bucket seat from abenxh..we pulled in from room! The entire siuation was horrible for she feared she would fall.used the bench to do her hair too . This location is not setup for handicap guests. I was extremely disappointed. Staff were polite, location emgineer tried his bestyet we reallyneeded a shower bench. Hats off to him!! On website it states raised toilet &showerbench ate available. How a handicap person stepover a tub edge& showerproperly without falling when handicap person already is using a cane or wheelchair??

The building caught fire during my stay and we were outside for a couple hours before I decided to head to the airport early just to get warm. I was not able to check out, understandably, but still have not been contacted since returning home. Not sure how they resolved things for remaining guests.

The stay I experienced was disappointing to say the least. The check in person was rude and hardly said a word. The room was filthy!!! The bathroom drain had some nasty stuff, the shower finally drained, after 1st use, room was overall ver used but not maintained and no coffee pot for the coffee provided! Clearly wasnt worth the stay! The only friendly person was the lady at the bar in the evening! Never again!!!!! Not letting insert pictures

Le wifi ne fonctionne pas souvent. Il manquait des serviettes car nous étions 4 dans la chambre. Il manquait du savon. Et nos places de stationnement étaient non disponibles à notre retour en soirée.

So this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My first night here was complete hell. Two weeks before I booked the room I called to ask about the security deposit they said it was 75 for my entire stay. The night I check in I ended up paying 180 dollars I was told that was for breakfast or any other items I might buy during my stay. I paid for my room in advance I never told anyone I was planning on buying any extra items or having breakfast there I don’t appreciate them making that decision for me. I’m an adult if I want to purchase something or decide to eat I’ll pay for it on the spot. Normally when people go on vacation they stick to a budget at least I do and I ended up paying 105 dollars more than I thought that was money I could have used during my stay. I know I’ll get it back after I check out but that doesn’t help me during my trip. When I finally arrived to my room it was beautiful and it looked just like the pictures. After unpacking from a long flight and day I decided to head to the bathroom to take a shower only to discover that there was hair in the tub. That was definitely a turn off for me if the tub isn’t clean then i’m going to think the entire room hasn’t been clean. But what really bothered me is that check out is at 11am and check in is at 4pm. I checked into my room just before 9pm which means housekeeping had over six hours to make sure my room has squared away the fact that it wasn’t clean is completely unacceptable.

I booked a one bedroom suite which was advertised as having a small dining table and chairs, couch, and ottoman. Pics show an area rug. Our room had no dining room table and chairs, and no ottoman. We got that room specifically to host other family members (who were staining in the hotel). When I asked about the missing furniture, I was told there was none available. The lack of furniture and area rugs created a terrible echo chamber in the room. In addition, there were no cups in the room at all, even with the Keurig coffee machine. Although the coffee machine had cup lids. The toilet paper holder was broken. One last thing, I’m not sure what they clean the laminate floor with, but some spots were slippery as ice.

The lady working the front desk was not helpful at all. Seemed more interested in hanging out at the bar than helping guests within a timely manner.

Arrived at 2 am only to find out if we would have arrived at 3 am like our friends we wouldn’t have been charged for that night, but nobody told us. Had issues getting towels, the bartender couldn’t understand English well, so getting a drink took 20 minutes when the bar had 10 people in it, then they didn’t know what Coors light was or where to find it. Walls were paper thin so we could hear everything, overall was a bit disappointed.
