Very dirty entry way and front seating area All carpet throughout was filthy and our room carpet and bench were stained and dirty Bathroom shower head needs to be replaced Heavy hard water hitting your body is not a comfortable shower Elevator floor and walls dirty Would not go back and would ask for refund if not paid for ahead of time I would have left and found somewhere else to stay

The hotel was very clean. It was very quiet and check in and check out was very quick and done professionally. Breakfast was grab and go in prepared bags which helped with social distancing. Will stay here again.

Hotel needs some additional updates - started but not all way.

The amenoties that i checked into the hotel to use were not able to be used. The pool had chemicals in there that could cause severe bodily injury so i could not go in the pool. Couldnt go into the hottub for probably the same reasons. I used the workout area that was fine. However, when i went to get a drinkof water from the water machine they had that didnt even work. I wouldnt have even checked in if i would've known there were all these issues just with the amenities. I lifted the covers back to make sure there weren't any bugs which there wasn't but, there was a blood stain on the side of the bed. I will never come here again!

Stayed this past weekend and hotel was filthy, rooms smelled back, hallways were dirty with garbage sat out that housekeeping never picked up. Swimming pool area had leftover snacks and clothes scattered all over. Staff allowed others to swim in crocs and socks that were obviously being worn around the hotel and outside. Hot tub smelled and looked like it was boiling urine. Will never go back.

Problem I saw was pool area the water was cloudy & couldn't swim in it Saturday/Sunday. Everything else was good.

Checked in, got keys, went to the room, someone was sleeping in it. Clearly by the smell and bags, they had been there awhile. Got put into a new room, and someone left a pee in the toilet. Not sure it was even cleaned. There was probably 20 used towels in the pool, and around the pool. Breakfast starts at 630, waited til 7, still wasnt ready, decided to grab a bagel, rock hard. Went across the street for McDonald's instead.

I stay here often. I never have an issue. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are nice and clean always.
