My husband and I stayed the weekend at MFI. We usually don't stay at B&B's. We were both extremely satisfied with our stay and the accommodations. There were so many amenities that you wouldn't find at a hotel. Adjustable beds, Alexa activated lights, really soft sheets, even high quality toilet paper. The entire house was clean and tidy. You get the country feel while the little town is only minutes away. Will, the owner is kind and friendly. His breakfasts did not disappoint, they were 5 star restaurant quality. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. Our room was comfortable & we loved the relaxing areas of the house where we could gather & enjoy our time there. They think of just about everything one might want / need. We highly recommend to all.

Will is a great host. His home is lovely and always so clean. Cosy spots to read, lovely outdoor setting with a beautiful pool and fantastic outdoor lighting ambiance. Great breakfast too. Check in is a breeze the house has great features such as a remote control adjustable bed and Alexa lighting.

The Robbins suite is a beautiful room to stay in. Spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. The host and the staff were very flexible when my husband needed a late breakfast after early morning half marathon. We would love to stay there again!

We have stayed at the Mansion Farm Inn on numerous occasions. It is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are wonderful and the outside area is great for relaxing. Will, the inkeeper, is wonderful. He is friendly and cares about the people who stay there. The breakfasts are great! I would recomend the Mansion Farm Inn if you want a peaceful environment that is close to the beach and good restaurants for dinner. In addition, it is close to the outlets if you are in the mood for shopping. Recommend this Inn.

This was our second visit to Mansion Farm Inn, and we stayed for 5 nights. The rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious, and the property is well-cared for. You cannot help but relax at MFI. We spent a great deal of time in and near the pool. The inn's location allowed us to make trips into Milton, Lewes, and Rehoboth for activities and meals. We love this area.

Attention to detail was remarkable. In person was even better than the website pictures. Spotless clean, lovely grounds and more comforts than I expected. Paula’s breakfasts were top notch. Perfect start to the day. Highly recommend Mansion Farm Inn.

Lovely, charming, and welcoming—the perfect getaway. Close to everything and beautifully decorated (the rooms, pool, and common areas are immaculate and perfectly kept.) Highly recommend, my husband and I will definitely plan to stay again.

This was our 3rd stay in 4 months and it just gets better and better! It feels like our home away from home…thank you Will for your hospitality and Paula for the amazing breakfast and lovin’ on our Daisy! Looking forward to going back in the fall!
