opened the door and immediately needed to get a towel from the bathroom to swat at the flying bugs that were on the walls and ceiling. bathroom shower floor had black mold & a giant spider on the wall. the room smelled musty and moldy. left immediately and found another place to stay.

always a great stay at this place. The people are fantastic and the rooms are spotless.

Basic hotel close to spac. Good place to stay when attending a concert at SPAC. Close by atca fraction of the cost of other hotels in the area.

King, the owner, is a great host. It is rustic accommodations, but all guests have been there before, and are friendly. Great location. Close to all types of dining, Saratoga, and Springs, and race track. We will be back for sure. Not for fancy folk.

No wifi, no smoke detector, people smoking in their room doorway, broken window shades, no blanket on bed, and poor customer service.

The room was clean, as well as the fridge and microwave.

A little pricey. Needs remodeling its still in the 70s

Horrible Disgusting, stepped in vomit walking to our room, slept on top of dirty blankets, the owner literally was in his underwear when he checked us in
