古跡飯店(Heritage Inn)

I checked into the heritage inn on Wednesday evening and upon check-in the night audit manager put me in a room upstairs and the next morning he moved my room into a room that was really not suitable for renting number 204. See photos for further information and I am definitely not satisfied in fact I think I should be checked because maybe there’s issues with lead paint poisoning from The walls being so mutilated.

This hotel was absolutely aweful and the management was horrible. We stayed maybe 15 minutes and left. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling above the shower and there was dirty fingerprints above the door frame. The safety lock on the front door was broken and falling part and the whole room was dirty. We left quickly and booked somewhere else. Through ********** the management was contacted for a refund. He refused stating the room was clean...I took pictures of everything. It was disgusting. No refund was issued, ********** offered a voucher but I have yet to see it in my account. Horrible experience. Do not stay here!

This is one of the worst places to stay, I got there around midnight 3 hours later I was woken up by loud banging next door the police were serving a warrant. There is no coffee machine in the room like shown in the display pictures. There is black roof flashing tape all over the room

I checked n and couldnt get tv to work first hour. I had to go to office b4 my son n wife came to have it fix.. gave batteries for remote but batties were not new and had low battery light come on for remote.. then tried to lay n bed and top blank and on sheets had some girls blood stain on them room didnt seem to b checked or clean cuz the chairs had spider weds and dirt still on them.. it was a waste of money and wasnt able to change rooms and room next to me had 6 people in and out room til about 1230am.. not to mentiones they smoked right outside my room and i had a child under 4years old that could smelll the thick smoke come thru walls window n door..

Glad we were able to check in very late. Just needed a room to sleep instead of driving all the way back home. Tv didn’t work, but oh well.

Terrible terrible Smells horrible , I checked in and left couldn’t stay there ********** should take away this listing

I have stayed here on numerous occasions over the last two years, and have found the accommodations to be very satisfactory!

The staff and management are top-notch! Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. This is an excellent value. This is not a Holiday Inn, but it’s still pretty good, and I do stay there frequently.
