4 bedrooms (sleeps 10+), 3 full bath, 1 half bath, Wi-Fi and Roku TVs in all rooms (high speed landline for gamers who bring their game system), bar, remote surround-sound speakers for your playlists (no password), deck with table and chairs (great for eating crabs!), propane grill, garage/beach chairs, community private pool, great location of restaurants and grocery stores- great overall location-(see pics) 2200 sq ft townhouse-Dual floor thermostats- nice and cool upstairs -About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Great beach rental! Would rent again!
This rental was so nice and big! Loved the space and how clean the townhouse was! Loved that there was beach equipment for us to use! Will definitely stay at this place again!
