Our toilet was broken. When we told the front desk this, they told us someone would come by in the morning... only we'd be checked out by then. We had to flush it by hand. That is just not acceptable. It wasn't just that the chain was broken, but that the flap did not cover the outlet properly. There was not enough toilet paper in the room either - thank goodness there were tissues!!
There was also some sort of odor in the room. We travel with an air purifier, but this didn't make enough of a dent in the smell. Whatever it was, I became ill from it and this chest congestion lasted more than a week.. it is still with me now, so it is actually taking longer than a week to clear.
I was disappointed as Baymont and Wyndham facilities are usually good!!
Breakfast was nice. The room was clean, but a non-functioning toilet - goodness!!
