Hôtel mercure porta Venezia is a great value and near shopping metro etc and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The staff is professional and makes very good suggestions on what to see in Milano . Aldo at front desk was especially friendly and helpful to navigate the city . Grazie

we have a great stay experience here. the reservation team assisted us very well since the booking confirmed, including assisting us to complete our trip itinerary and its transportation option. Tommy, especially, conveyed a sincere assistance to support a transportation pickup from airport (malpensa). the hotel offered a full benefit for accor member according to its level, including free breakfast kn weekend. the breakfast was also excelent, the FnB team also served us very well..and the hotel have a great taste of coffe, event if compare to the other surrounding cafe. keep up the good work, All
