艾洛客房旅館(Aiello Rooms)

La struttura e in una zona periferica rispetto al centro ma vicino alla metro,la camera e il bagno sono puliti e curati nei dettagli,colazione no buffe ma al bar incluso nel prezzo della camera,operatori gentili e disponibili.

Arrival was fine. However about midnight we woke up to ants everywhere. We were unable to reach anyone, even though the information in the room advises someone is available after hours. I had an ant crawl into my ear canal and suffered a panic attack as a result. The hotel would not move us from the room the next day, claiming they couldn't since we had both sets of keys. They could, however, clean the room (they had keys, just wanted ours back so they could resell the ant room to another unsuspecting traveler). They never said why they were not reachable. The truth is they could move us, but wouldn't. The local manager never called us that day -- we had to call her -- to find out what was going on while we were out on our tours that day. The regional manager, supposedly located in Spain, has never reached out. No one has attempted to refund us. It has been 7 days since this has happened which is adequate time for any company. Also, on a side note, they offer breakfast for 8 euros at a local restaurant and states it starts at 7:30; however, this is untrue as on weekends the restaurant does not open until 8am. Do NOT stay here.

Company sent my booking details to my phone before arrived. Easy simple instructions to get into apartment, perfect size for what I needed, was a shame that I couldn’t extend another day but company responded quickly, so plenty of time to find an alternative

She never mentioned her property out or condition.

This Hotel doesn´t honour the reservation when they have an overbooking issue. They simply cancel the reservation made through *********** saying that your credit card is invalid even if you provide them with anather credit card Be carefull with them because they do not respect their guets and they treat them as they all were stupid turists. we are very disappointed for this issue. Just unacceptable.

This was a very nice, clean, convenient, small room. Definitely good for one person, but might be a little tight for two.

Struttura bella ed in una zona abbastanza centrale e comoda (noi abbiamo soggiornato in via Ausonio), fornita di autocheck-in e check-out (fondamentale se hai bisogno di muoverti in orari scomodi), pulita, munita di macchinetta del caffè in stanza (noi eravamo in camera "superior"), ciabatte in omaggio da parte della struttura. La colazione non viene fornita in struttura, ma presso un bar di scadente livello dietro l'angolo, vecchio e con 2 tavolini alla buona (ma al momento della prenotazione questo non viene precisato!). Al momento della prenotazione, visto che stavamo pagando più del dovuto tramite un cofanetto regalo, ci era stato detto che avremmo usufruito del frigobar gratuitamente...peccato che il frigo era vuoto!!!!! Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla referente che ha risposto di essere stata "desolata" e che ci chiedeva come poter rimediare, abbiamo proposto una colazione più ricca, ma da allora nessuna risposta.... Nondimeno, ci rechiamo al bar dove erano anche terminati i cornetti!!!!! Altro che colazione più ricca, mancava anche il servizio basic!! Ultima cosa, nella notte sentiamo un tonfo: era crollata parte della cornice della porta del bagno! La struttura è molto bella, una gestione migliore farebbe la differenza!

El acceso a la propiedad fue demasiado fastidioso, porque es self-service, enviaron via whatsapp, media hora antes de la hora del check-in, archivos con instrucciones de llegada. Si eres extranjero y no cuentas con servicio de celular, no recibes dicha informacion y no hay nadie que te atienda pues no hay una recepción. Todo es via whatsapp en donde una persona de forma remota te envía instrucciones de como accesar a tu cuarto y estacionamiento. No es un hotel, son habitaciones de un departamento acondicionadas. No estaban señalizadas. Había reservado el estacionamiento y me habían confirmado previamente 2 veces, pero no lo estuvo. Realmente un fastidio demostrar a la persona del whatsapp que se había reservado el espacio. Mientras estás mal estacionado afuera, recibes un archivo con instrucción de ingreso y debes buscar los controles remotos dentro de cajas con candados y contraseñas en un lugar sin señalizaciones para así ingresar el carro a la propiedad y luego al garage. El check-out también fue tumultuoso. El desayuno es fuera de la propiedad, como a una cuadra y media en un café bar. Si no tienes servicio de celular permanente y traes un carro, no recomiendo este lugar.
