洛坎達潘登斯旅館(Locanda Pandenus)

Comodissimo Tres Chic Posto in centro a Brera dove fai tutto a piedi sotto c’è il ristorante bar ottimo per colazione (compresa) aperitivo e Pranzo. Piccolo hotel di poche stanze tutte curate nel dettaglio così come la hall . Tornerò sicuramente. Molto pulito personale cordiale e disponibile ottimo aperitivo e cibo!!! Amo

Esse “bed and breakfast” é um achado no coração de Brera e vale a viagem! Localizado dentro de um prédio residencial, acima de um café/restaurante super gostoso e bem concorrido, a hospedagem dispõe de alguns poucos quartos super espaçosos e todos perfeitamente bem decorados. O staff era gentil e nos foi disponibilizada a chave que dava acesso à hospedagem por dentro do prédio e também o cartão para acesso pelo café. Chegamos antes do horário previsto e já pudemos fazer check-in. Pagamos nossa acomodação com direito a café da manhã, que é servido no restaurante abaixo, no estilo a la carte (detalhe: você pode solicitar qualquer coisa do cardápio e da vitrine). Tudo muito gostoso! O hotel é espetacular, super bem localizado no bairro mais legal de Milão. Vale a visita!

Das Hotel ist schwer zu finden. Angeschrieben ist es nicht wirklich und einen Eingang, Lobby gibt es auch nicht. Die hier geschriebenen Kommentaren von einem versteckten Eingang und Kartenzugang gibt es nicht (mehr). Man muss bei der Bar einchecken und wirklich viele Informationen bekommt man nicht. Per Whatsapp muss man seine Adresse nochmals eingeben. Das ist kein Hotel sondern ein Bed and Breakfast! Das wird auf Buchungsplattformen, Google etc. so angepriesen. Dementsprechend waren wir enttäuscht, da wir andere Erwartungen hatten. Unser Zimmer und auch Badezimmer war gross, schön eingerichtet und bot jeden Komfort (Regendusche, Pflegeprodukte, Bidet). Das Bett und Kissen sind sehr bequem. Leider war es sehr laut, da die Fenster nichts, wirklich nichts isoliert hatten und neben an sich eine Bar Strasse befindet, die bis in die frühen Morgenstunden besucht waren. Das Wlan funktionierte gar nicht. Die Lage dafür war sehr gut und direkt neben einer Metro Station. Das Frühstück war das Komplizierteste das wir je hatten. Wir hatten einen Betrag von 15 Euro pro Person und davon gingen schon mal 3 weg für das Coperto. Ausser Kaffee hatten sie nichts an Getränken, also blieben wir bei Softgetränken. Normale Gipfeli hatten sie bereits 1 Stunde nach Frühstücksbeginn nicht mehr (es dauerte noch weitere 2 Stunden). Dementsprechend mussten wir teurere Gerichte aussuchen und nachbezahlen, hätten wir den Betrag nicht ausgeschöpft, hätten wir kein Geld zurück bekommen. Am zweiten Tag hatten sie zwar die kleinen Speisen, die angepriesenen Konfitüre oder Haselnusscreme gabs bereits 30 Minuten nach Frühstücksstart nicht mehr (vielleicht gab es die an diesem Tag auch gar nicht). Der Preis ging nach natürlich nicht runter und etwas anderes als Ersatz hatten sie auch nicht. Das was wir aber gegessen haben, war sehr fein. Daher unbedingt das Zimmer ohne Frühstück buchen und in einem anderen Ort Frühstücken gehen. Zudem haben wir 30 Minuten gewartet (italienische Art) mussten aber kurz später das Zimmer pünktlich verlassen (keine italienische Art). Das war nicht konsistent und dementsprechend schwierig sich drauf einzustellen.

Nicht nochmal!! Die Suite war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen eingerichtet, das Bad optisch ein kleines Highlight. Allerdings überwogen die negativen Aspekte. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und direkt vor der Tür ist eine Metrostation. In der Umgebung sind viele Bars und Restaurants, was einen ordentlichen Geräuschpegel bis 3 Uhr nachts bedeutete. Ab ca. 6 Uhr folgten dann die Reinigung der Straße, Mullabfuhr und Leeren von Glascontainern. Insgesamt einfach unheimlich laut und an schlafen nicht zu denken. Die Unterkunft ist außerdem mehr eine Vermietung von Zimmer, als ein Hotel. Service nicht existent. Der Check-in erfolgt im hauseigenen Café. Die Dame war super unfreundlich und inkompetent. Daten von Personalausweis u. Co wurden per whats app fotografiert und weitergeleitet (wohin auch immer). Uns wurden keine Infos zum check out , Frühstückszeiten oder Ähnlichem gegeben. Am check-out Tag fragen wir nach einem late check out. Besagte unfreundliche Dame sagte es sei kein Problem. Eine Stunde später bekamen wir einen Anruf vom Reinigungspersonal, dass dies nicht möglich sei und sie den Schlüssel brauchen. ALs wir 20 min später in der Unterkunft ankamen, waren all unsere nicht gepackten Sachen vom Reinigungspersonal eingepackt und in den Flur gestellt worden. Absolut schockierend!! Das Zimmer war für all das auch absolut überteuert. Bitte spart euch das Geld !!

Todo fue muy agradable, las habitaciones estaban muy bien equipadas y cuidadas en limpieza y decoración. El personal fue super amable todo el tiempo y muy atentos con lo que se llegara a necesitar.

Superb hotel in a lovely location, great experience, would highly recommend. Made to feel like family. Really cool rooms and a lovely buzzing vibe. Would definitely go back. Close to the best parts of Milan. Thank you for a great stay, perfect in every way.

Hip, cool, sleek...surrounded by shopping and dining. There are 4 apartments above a bistro. Secret door in restaurant leads up to rooms. Common area available. Superior interior design, flooring, wall covering and bed linens. Friendly staff. In the bustle of Milan, in the action.

See title. Hotel Chief, Vanessa, is a treasure. She did everything she could to see that we had a good experience at her hotel. She went out of her way, not once but repeatedly to help us out and make her hotel proud. She deserves a better hotel to represent. Its not bad, but has several drawbacks. First, the room is a very nice size, shower excellent (after you get hot water... see below), clean and comfortable. The mattress is first rate. Double glazed windows keep the noise out, and again, the location in Milan is very good. The property is good, but sits above an average bar/cafe and has a bizarre entrance. You have to see one of restaurant staff for access to a hidden back stairway, or go through a weird little alley with imposing wooden door and iron gateway to a secret handshake elevator. Either way, not pleasant. The first night there when we needed a shower we discovered... no hot water. Several hours and a lot of phone calls later the issue was resolved, but damn, no hot water? And our room was not alone, the other guests also complained. Need secure storage? Well, hope you have a room that does have an in-room safe. We did not. We went out to dinner in an unknown part of town wearing a small fortune in jewelry because we didn't want to leave it in the room. Want a drink from the minibar? Go for it... for BIG bucks, like $150 Japanese Scotch or $130 champagne. Breakfast? OK, you get a monetary allowance for breakfast in the cafe downstairs... about half of what you will spend. Coffee? .. a thimblefull of acrid, vile espresso, no abatanado. Rolls that were left over from the food fight the night before. Overall, some people will really like this place, but I am not one of them.
