My husband and I were impressed with the overall quality experience we had in this hotel. We were apprehensive when we booked this hotel because we normally do not stay in Small Luxury Hotels (SLH) we are used to the big hotels however we were amazed by the hospitality of the staff, from the lady who checked us in to the bell man. Not only that, the room is well appointed and it’s also very clean. They also had a turn down service. In addition, the hotel is literally at the back of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping arcade. If you love shopping like me then this is your best option. It’s also near the Duomo Milano. We will be back in Milan in a few months and will definitely stay here again. Being in the middle of Milan with great amenities! You cannot beat that.

Needed a room for the night as our flight got cancelled Have stayed there before and our friends from Geneva had just spent 3 nights there at our recommendation. I rang for a room and hotel told us the best rate would be to book online on their website. We did that and ordered taxi. As we got into taxi to go to hotel airline rang us and said if we get to airport they had 2 seats on another flight. We immediately rang hotel back and explained situation and I was told that as we booked online ( 15 minutes earlier ) they would not refund our room rate. Very costly €495 /AUS$1000 Very disappointing

Watch out if booking within 3 days of trip - they will charge extra for “free cancellation” even though bookings within 3 days automatically trigger a cancellation charge if cancelled. Very poor customer service, small standard rooms and unless booked through SLH website, SLH will not intervene in any customer service issues.
La struttura è comoda, centrale, piacevole, ma l’impianto dell’aria ha 100 anni, impossibile definire la temperatura, molto rumorosa la ventola e alla fine l’unica scelta possibile è quella di spegnere tutto! Non è possibile spendere 600 euro ed avere questo tipo di camera.
