米蘭艾特德大飯店(Grand Hotel et de Milan - the Leading Hotels of the World)

The only place I will stay in Milan!! Would come back even if only for the incredible staff, however, the hotel itself is stunning. Andrea and Sergio from the Concierge made our entire stay! Would return just for them! They went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs everywhere we went. Thank you so much! The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. A piece of history perfectly preserved. The rooms are old world charm with modern amenities. The view was absolutely stunning. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was right at home. The breakfast was lovely, the lounge bar had great vibes, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. You can walk to everything, the opera, shopping, the duomo. Wish I could actually live there. See you soon!

Abitando a poca distanza da Milano sono rare le occasioni di fermarci anche a dormire quando ci rechiamo in questa città. Ma quando ne abbiamo avuto la necessità la scelta è ricaduta immediatamente su questo hotel che ci ha sempre attratto per la posizione centrale ma soprattutto per la storia che ha raccolto negli anni all’interno delle sue stanze. E la scelta è stata ripagata da un soggiorno eccellente a tutti i livelli. Siamo stati accolti da personale estremamente cortese, sempre sorridente e molto professionale: dalla receptionist a chi ci ha ritirato le valigie o preso in consegna l’auto e chi ci ha aperto la porta dell’hotel. Abbiamo respirato eleganza e storia dalla lounge alla stanza per la quale abbiamo ricevuto anche un graditissimo upgrade. Ogni particolare ci ha piacevolmente impressionato e ci siamo sentiti accolti con cura e estrema gentilezza; un dettaglio degno di nota la bottiglia di benvenuto nella stanza con un biglietto scritto a mano dalla direzione. La stanza, una premium se non ricordo male, elegantemente arredata con un piacevole mix di classicità e modernità, dotata di ogni confort che ci si aspetta da un hotel di questo livello. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto approfittare dei servizi di bar e ristorante avendo appuntamenti già programmati esterni all’hotel . Speriamo di avere l’occasione di tornarci per poter vivere a pieno ogni servizio offerto

It is renovated nice hotel with the perfect location! Good service, attentive staff. Close to La Scala, main shopping streets, main square. Rooms are big, in different colors, however light and not overload by furniture, ceilings are high. Sound insulation is not amazing, you could hear upper floors.

Always a pleasure to come “home”. We had a wonderful upgrade. The bellboy service is very good, the garage service - although now quite expensive - is good. The breakfast buffet has an excellent selection of food for every taste. Service is very pleasant. I only missed the little attention gift which LHW members usually get.
