Çok compact ve mükemmel konumda.. Hizmet çok iyi ve çok güzel tasarlanmış iç mekanlar. 👍🏽 Müşteri ilişkilerinde SHIAMA DEVI hanım efendiye çok teşekkürler. Bukadar hizmet ve çözüm odaklı yönetici uzun zamandır görmemiştik. Otelleri güzel yapan hizmet kalitesidir. Bunu anlayan bu otelin geç müdürüne de teşekkürler. 🙋🏻‍♂️

On first appearance it looks nice. Nicely designed entrance, restaurant and bar. The rooftop bar is beautiful indeed. Our room that was on the 5th floor was in the upper premium category and was spacious and very well appointed. This is were the pros end. Now for the cons: it is as if Radisson built a 5 star hotel and manned it as if it was a 3-4 star one. Rooms are clean-but not enough. The used coffee pods from previous guests were not removed. Neither ours during any of the 3 nights stay. One day they did not clean the room. They didn’t offer to clean it immediately just during the turndown service. Which is never the same. Once you get it once you don’t. One day it includes restocking the complementary water bottles and another time-not. Etc etc. breakfast is nothing to write home about and service was also minimal (2/3 days there was no one to welcome you and seat you). Front desk is always understaffed and concierge services are almost non-existent. So if you want the 5 star experience you are paying for-you won’t get it here.

Great hotel but careful of the from liners, they seem inexperience and do not provide enough information. Be sure your card is not over debited or double debited. My wife and I are currently stranded because an officer failed to reconcile their records and instead of debiting the difference , they debited twice. We are stranded in Greece and we do not know when our money will be refunded. We spoke to the hotel manage and she has not responded to our email officially. No one has.

Hotel in ottima posizione e a breve con la nuova stazione metro sarà ancora meglio. Nonostante sia di recente ristrutturazione alcuni particolari sulle rifiniture edili sono ancora da migliorare, come per esempio alcune pareti da ridipingere causa segni usura o la guaina impermeabilizzante che è "a vista" in terrazza al roof top non appena si esce dall'area interna verso la terrazza esterna ( si vede il manto bituminoso che esce dal battiscopa del pavimento). Camere base (pagata 340 euro per una notte) piuttosto piccole per essere un 5 stelle, mi aspettavo 3/4 mq in più. Teli da bagno non proprio morbidi forse lavati già troppe volte. Colazione perfetta, personale perfetto, pulizia perfetta. Tutti gli ambienti di un eleganza estrema e arredati con gusto impeccabile. Hotel perfetto ma per il prezzo pagato le mie critiche soprascritte credo siano giustificate..

My mom and I stayed at the hotel in early April for 6 nights. Good customer service and great location, but housekeeping and cleanliness of the rooms are terrible. We had to call down to reception a couple of times for towels, and empty shampoo bottles and tissue boxes/toilet paper that were not replaced. On the second night, we also found a dirty sock by the curtain that definitely was not ours. Bed was made every day but when you turned over the comforter, the sheets were definitely not made. They were still crumpled. Front Desk staff however were super nice and responsive, but the hotel is definitely not five stars. I would probably try another hotel the next time I am in Milan.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut - in 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn (Haltestelle gleich neben dem Hotel) ist man am Domplatz. Das Personal ist - von der Lobby bis zum Restaurant - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab beim Frühstück auch eine kleine Überraschung zu meinem Geburtstag - dafür nochmals vielen Dank! Wir hatten für 3 Übernachtungen ein Premium Zimmer, welches ausreichend groß ist und ein bequemes Bett hat. Das Bad als "Glaskasten" ist mal etwas Anderes. Das Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite, so dass man auch nachts häufig Sirenen von Einsatzfahrzeugen hören konnte, die vermutlich auf dem Weg zu einem in der Nähe befindlichem Krankenhaus waren. Der Service hat (vor allem im 5 Sterne-Bereich) noch deutlich Luft nach oben: Die Zimmerreinigung schwankte zwischen sehr schlecht (dicke Staubschichten - siehe Fotos) bis sehr gut am nächsten Tag - je nachdem, welche Reinigungskraft tätig war. Und wenn es um 08.30 Uhr im Frühstückraum trotz einer sehr übersichtlichen Anzahl von Gästen keinen einzigen gedeckten Tisch gibt bzw. auf vielen Tischen noch gebrauchtes Geschirr steht und zudem keine Tassen mehr am Kaffeevollautomaten zur Verfügung stehen und man sich mit einem Pappbecher begnügen muss, ist dies in meinen Augen ein No-Go. Bedauerlich war auch, dass bei 23° Grad C und Sonnenschein am Tage weder die Dachterrasse noch der Pool erreichbar / benutzbar waren. Daher glaube ich nicht, dass wir uns bei einem weiteren Mailand-Besuch wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden würden.

Very cozy hotel with the best breakfast in my view. Clean rooms, nice view and very attentive staff. The variety of food for breakfast is amazing. Very short walk to Duomo and other attractions. Definitely stay there next time. I stayed there for 4 nights, and there were an opportunity to visit a japanese restaurant on a roof top with the nice music and very delicious sushi.
