Very helpful staffs

This hotel is second to none. Many hotels may advertise the type of experience that we had, however the Portrait delivered above all possible expectations. Yes, the hotel is as beautiful as pictured and it also provides a unique sanctuary from the city. Our room felt like we were staying at friend's house who had spared no expense during the renovation. But what really sets the Portrait apart is the truly amazing staff. I had disclosed that the purpose of our trip was so our daughter could audition at a local ballet school. Arriving on foot several hours before my wife and daughter I was met at the street by a gentleman from the hotel. When I told him my name he responded, "yes your daughter is the dancer". The concierge who checked me in also mentioned my daughter and when she took me up to show me the room there was a personal note from the hotel wishing my daughter good luck and a small gift, a gold charm of a ballerina. Yes, above all expectations. The group at reception was genuinely interested in the outcome of her audition. So when my daughter finally learned that her dream had been realized, she went to share the news with her new friends. They were all excited for her and asked to have a group picture to remember what they called an unusual event. In another example of the staff going above and beyond, my wife and I were having dinner at the bar, while our daughter spent some quality time in the room with her iPhone. We asked the waitress if there was a chocolate desert that we could take to her in the room. She produced a large tray containing many varieties of individual chocolates. We picked out several expecting to take them with us to the room when we left, but she asked for our room number and before we could warn our daughter to answer the door, they were delivered. It is the staff that makes this hotel so exceptional. Their desire to help is completely genuine, never pushed but from the heart. Two things not to miss at the bar, the "Panino al Latte con maialino croccante glassato - Milk bun with crispy glazed piglet". Or, the best ham sandwich I have ever had. And be sure to sample a couple of chocolates from the chocolate tray.

Après avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel où il y avait une installation très bruyante d’un stand audi dans la cour intérieure, j’ai fais mon Check out où il y avait des erreurs sur la facture, on m’a chargé des « in room dining » que je n’avais pas pris. Ceci a été corrigé ! Le service en terrasse est déplorable et désorganisé ! De retour chez moi j’ai constaté qu’un jour après mon départ l’hôtel m’avait chargé sur ma carte de crédit un montant injustifié depuis lors soit plus de 3 semaines je réclame par mail et par téléphone le remboursement de ce montant indue ! À chaque fois une excuse bidon, on m’assure que l’on m’a remboursé , ce qui n’est pas le cas , puis on me raconte des problèmes techniques . C’est une honte pour un hôtel de ce standing ! Très mauvaise gestion ou malhonnêteté ?

Nos hicieron el cargo en la tarjeta de crédito dr los desayunos que estaba incluidos en la tarifa: no contestaron los 4 mails que les escribimos al respecto y no hacen el crédito. Una vergüenza. Nunca visto. No lo recomiendo. Pésimo servicio…. Aguardo reembolso. Mi tiempo no me lo pueden devolver lamentablemente.
