Dear Management of Milaidhoo Island, 關於入住期間服務嚴重不達標的正式投訴(房間號123) 尊敬的米萊度島(Milaidhoo Island)管理層: 我作為目前入住貴島123號房間的客人,對此次蜜月兼生日之旅的服務質量深感失望。現將問題逐一陳述如下: 1. **未兑現承諾的特別安排** - 預訂時明確備註了“蜜月”和“生日”需求,並要求日落房。但直至入住第三晚(即最後一晚前夕),房間仍無任何蜜月佈置。僅在反覆要求後提供一個生日蛋糕,床上裝飾始終缺失。 - 對比:我每年生日均會到訪馬爾代夫不同島嶼(如去年入住的Gililankanfushi),其他酒店均在入住當晚完成佈置,且每日更新不同主題(如浴缸花瓣、沙灘驚喜等)。貴島作為價格更高的度假村,服務竟遠遜於低價島嶼。 2. **房間安排與活動調整的僵化** - 備註的日落房被以“無房”拒絕,最終分配的海景極差的123號房。 - 因暈船申請將“海豚巡遊”改為“海龜浮潛”,再次被管家拒絕,且未提供替代方案。 3. **管家服務專業性存疑** - 管家全程僅重複“不行”,未主動協調或提供備選方案,與馬爾代夫“以客户為中心”的服務標準嚴重不符。 - 語言並非問題根源(我不苛求中文管家),但管家缺乏基本服務意識。 4. **價值與體驗嚴重失衡** 貴島是我到訪過單價最高但服務最差的馬爾代夫度假村。Gililankanfushi的價格更低,卻提供了遠超貴島的用心服務。 As a guest currently staying in Room 123, I am deeply disappointed with the service quality during what was supposed to be a honeymoon/birthday trip. The issues are as follows: 1. **Unfulfilled Special Arrangements** - Requested "honeymoon & birthday" decorations and sunset room at booking. Yet by the third night ,no honeymoon setup was done. A birthday cake was provided only after repeated requests, with zero room decorations. - Context: I visit a different Maldivian island annually for my birthday (e.g., Gililankanfushi last year). Others delivered decorations on arrival and renewed them daily (e.g., bath tub petals, beach surprises). Your higher-priced resort failed to match cheaper alternatives. 2. **Inflexible Room/Activity Policies** - Denied sunset room due to "no availability", assigned Room 123 with poor sea view. - Requested changing "dolphin cruise" (due to seasickness) to "turtle snorkeling", rejected again without alternatives. 3. **Butler Service Failure** - The butler only repeated "impossible" without proactive solutions, contradicting Maldives' guest-first ethos. - Language was not the issue (I don’t require Chinese-speaking staff), but the lack of service mindset was. 4. **Value Mismatch** Your island is the most expensive yet worst-served resort I’ve experienced in the Maldives. Gililankanfushi offered far better service at lower prices. 5. The "Manta Reunion" excursion was extremely disappointing. Contrary to its name suggesting a gathering of mantas,so we’d like to pay 165 Dollar for this trip,which is expensive.But we only saw 2-3 solitary individuals during the entire trip. This false representation is unacceptable. While we understand you can't control how many mantas appear ,then Manta snorkling is more correct. I'm writing this complaint late at night due to my frustration. Please provide meaningful solutions to these concerns. A flat refusal without alternatives is unacceptable for a luxury resort
