雷德溫麗怡飯店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Red Wing, MN)

The guy that checked me in was professional and very nice. The hotel was clean, up to date and convenient for us. The breakfast staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was great (especially the french toast and coffee) the kids loved the pool and special touch of home was the music in the lobby. Will definitely recommend!

Hotel all in all was nice, staff was nice ! Our room’s refrigerator didn’t work and it took a while for them to replace it and also the air conditioning was very loud and clanged when it came on , we did not sleep well at all to say the least! :-( The hotel said they would refund us $40 for the fridge not working but that refund never happened.

We checked in just fine and quick but got to the room and the door wouldn't stay locked. We told the front desk and they proceeded to try and fix it due to changing the batteries. That didn't work so we got an upgrade to a king size bedroom suite with a kitchenet. It was bigger than the other room for the same price. will stay again in the future.

We felt welcome, extremely friendly staff. Disappointed in breakfast. Breakfast served until 10, but minimal food available when we went down at 9

Good location in a popular tourist area in October. The price was pretty high for what we got. Terrible dark lighting (especially im the bathroom)and burned out lightbulbs. Mostly clean, but could use a good scrubbing.

The staff were very nice and friendly and the hotel was relatively quiet. Parking was not so great, there's a restaurant in the parkinglot and when people are there to eat, there is very little parking left for the hotel. The pool and hot tub were in a state of disrepair, badly needing a good scrubbing and refinishing. The mini fridge in our room was broken, the coffee maker was broken, there were tears in the window shade, the bathtub floor grips were pretty dingey and had no grip, the tub was terribly slippery and i almost fell one of the drawers had a folded piece of paper wedged into it to hold it closed as it kept popping open and was a hazard. The hotel also gave us a receipt upon checking out that appeared to be a good $200 less than what ******* booked it for and it made no sense as our credit card book reflects the higher rate. For what this hotel charged, i expected more.

The Smokin' Oak right next door is a nice choice for BBQ/pub food. The hot breakfast and cold choices also was convenient and decent.

Thin walls so we could hear the neighbors snore; very loud AC unit and fan. Breakfast was very limited

Nice staff and good breakfast but the air conditioning did not work well and we woke up in the middle of the night with breathing/sinus issues. The air quality was very poor in our room and the windows would not open. We felt ill after our stay.
