Good location, reasonable price as compared to similar properties, plenty of room in the breakfast area, friendly staff

Booked hotel based on other reviews and the fact that it has an indoor pool. It is in a convenient area near shopping and activities. Breakfast was nice and full from start to finish. Hotel overall is decent however rooms are not cleaned daily, the body wash in our shower was empty, the fridge was broken. The pool was our #1 need when picking a hotel this time and this one was awful! The room itself was full of moisture dripping from the ceiling, everything is covered in rust, the hot tub appeared to have not been cleaned in a very long time there was black build up all around the edge at water level. The pool was about the same. It seems they pay zero attention to this room and it does not get cleaned our maintained.

We were disappointed that the room was not cleaned after the first night. This left wet towels on the floor because the shower doors leaked water and we had to use a towel to sop up the water that leaked from the shower and crossed the floor directly over to the sink. The wet towels were left under the sink and were still there till the third day when we left.

Toenails on floor. Wallpaper job left wall dirty. Sink was clogged. TV stopped working. Pool was dirty. Continental Breakfast however was great.

Very clean hotel and conveniently located. Good breakfast options. Friendly and accommodating staff. Well kept .

We reserved a suite and was down graded to a double queen because they overbooked. They also wanted to charge us for the suite even though they down graded us to a NON SUITE. Our tub did not work!! I had a sick child and was in desperate need of the tub. They did NOT have a maintenance person available to fix this issue and they could not transfer us rooms because they overbooked the hotel.

Very noise neighbors. The shower in our room very difficult to use.

Hotel is not in good shape, there is graffiti in the elevators and in the common bathrooms, the breakfast was cold all three mornings I was there, there was never an employee at the front desk, one morning there was no lights on in the breakfast area, out of coffee cups every morning, very disappointed especially that this is a Marriott.
