The bathtub and toilet were clean. The mattress was comfortable and clean. The four members of the housekeeping staff I interacted with were professional, friendly and attentive to my request.
However, while showering for the first time, I saw the shower curtain, both the detachable, snap-off part and the main upper part, had what appeared to be blood/fecal stains. In turn, this led to an extremely poor encounter with Alicia at concierge regarding potential compensation. Rather than de-escalate the situation, she progressively responded in a louder and louder voice and cutting me off while I spoke, which I find to be completely inappropriate, esp. because it related to a sanitation problem.
Other employees were courteous the rest of the stay.
