Dream Apartments Middlesbrough

我在這個目的地度過了一段美妙的時光，這個地方一塵不染，裝飾佈置得很好，床上用品又可愛又柔軟，床非常舒適，接待處的女孩非常樂於助人，指導我前往當地景點在餐飲和娛樂方面。我非常享受在這裡的住宿，並且將來絕對會回來。

我住過的最糟糕的地方。很髒，沒有足夠的毛巾。床上有兩個單人床墊來組成床鋪。警察正在敲人們的門……感覺不安全！工作人員很粗魯而且不樂於助人。登記入住的客戶服務基本上不存在，退房時前台也沒有人。已經過去了 30 天了，我的 100 英鎊押金仍然沒有退還，我已經聯繫了兩次，但沒有得到任何答案。

我住得很愉快，可愛而細心的接待員為我提供了有關當地酒吧和餐廳的建議。乾淨的房間，舒適的床和乾淨的毛巾。我期待著盡快回來！

I would not recommend staying here. Facilities and location are great but it is all the hidden costs such as £20 an hour charge if you want earlier check in than 4pm. They originally told me check in was 3pm when booking but then tried to charge me an extra £20 as they said they had changed check in this week to 4pm. They then also charge an extra £25 for bedding if you want to use the sofa bed in the apartment. They charge £15 per day parking when literally the car park down the road is £3.90 per day! Also they take a £100 deposit which they don't refund until 14 days later they said. So now I am down £100 more for another 2 weeks! Not good at all. Apartment was clean except for a dirty sheet which clearly hadn't been washed as had blood on it and other dubious stains! Disgusting. Staff were not very helpful either and the guy on check in had wrong information and was trying to overcharge me. It is a shame as this could be a good place to stay but they have got their business model so wrong! I would rather know the costs up front. It is also quite noisy from the main A road which runs alongside the building but they have tried to sort that out with double windows. Overall if you want to get ripped off with additional hidden costs then book a stay here. If not, then avoid like the plague! I am going back up to Middlesbrough to stay on Wednesday but definitely will be booking somewhere else.

Absolute sh*t hole … not in the slightest luxurious. Please don’t stay here. You’ll regret it. All sorts coming and going. Front door to apartment building didn’t lock so anyone can come and go. Room was never cleaned. Apartment block right next to dual carriage way.. all your hear is traffic. Met so many people at reception who had booked through *********** and got here and there was no one to give them keys to apartment as reception is only manned until 18.30. You can hear the lift going up and down from anywhere in the building. Dump absolute dump

Great location, however slightly noisy from the road next to the hotel. Alex from reception was very friendly and lovely. There is a £100 deposit that we were unaware of which should be noted before booking. Room was lovely but I think the building as a whole could do with a lick of paint and a good coat of paint! All in all, we would come back!
