It is the perfect place for your stay in Middlebury and Shipshewana! It's in a tranquil neighborhood and close to everything in town. Enjoy the backyard oasis for an excellent relaxing time: hot tub, seating, fire pit (firewood provided), and backyard games. As a quick disclaimer and note to potential guests, we are a FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood. We are NOT a party house and have a strict 10pm - 7am noise rule. After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal. Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately. Self-Check-in - You will gain access to the property via a keypad which will be provided the day before check-in.
