Amazing find , peaceful location surrounded by gorgeous woods. Two bedrooms that are immaculately furnished with a lovely lounge area to share. Really worth a visit - we had dinner in a local pub. Very short drive from Gatwick so easy to add an extra day to a holiday !

Booked this for a quiet Anniversary getaway and it could not have been more ideal. Our hosts went out of their way to make everything perfect and the property and surroundings were so tranquil and rejuvenating.

Great place to stay 15 mins from Gatwick Airport. Not the normal place we stay at, we prefer Hilton or something similar, but we were most definitely pleased with our choice of accommodation. The SatNav got us close and Rich who I'm going to assume is onebof the owners, called us just as we arrived on the lane and guided us in. The room was modern, clean and spacious. There was plenty of storage and the shower was great. My wife and I had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was spot on. Gatwick airport is only a 15 minute drive away. We normally avoid independent accommodation, but after a stay here, if we fly from Gatwick again, we'll definitely be back. We'd love to have had a walk around the forest as there are some nice walks, but being winter, it was dark when we arrived. Thank you for a really nice stay and making us feel welcome and I hope you both have a wonderful Christmas.

Our hosts were so friendly, and we felt so very welcomed! Serene and very private, this quaint bed and breakfast was perfect after a day of travels in London—just perfect!

From the minute we drove through the electric gates, we were relaxed and in a little countryside oasis. Our hosts were attentive, down to earth & very approachable, and nothing was too much trouble! The accommodation was immaculate & everything was thought of…an excellent standard throughout! We would highly recommend staying at stay@FL if you’re in the area!

What a gem! What a gem. The hosts, the dogs, the cats and the chickens all made us feel so welcome. As for those chickens, they lay the most beautiful eggs for the morning breakfast. We had a great stay, so very relaxing, having a soak in the jetted hot tub, to the comfiest of beds. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice relaxing night away, and as like us it is ideal for a pre-flight stop over.

We stayed at FL this weekend and can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Before we even arrived we had a text message to confirm all was ok and if there was anything we needed. When I said we would need to book a taxi into Brighton we were told the roads were closed and offered a lift to the local train station. Which was very much appreciated. The room was beautiful, immaculately clean and decorated to a high standard. We were asked what time and what we would like for breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. The care from Rich and Paul is wonderful and the attention to detail to make our stay perfect was noted and appreciated. The grounds were gorgeous and I’m just sorry we couldn’t stay for longer. Already planning our next visit. We couldn’t recommend FL highly enough. 5 stars all round!

Stay@FL is a little oasis tucked away off a quiet country lane. Once through the electric gates and into the peaceful, well-kept garden, you instantly feel relaxed and calm. The rooms are lovely and equipped with everything you may need for your visit, and the bed is massive. The hosts are quietly in the background but totally accessible anytime for anything you may need. They are very informative and full of lovely recommendations for eating and local places to visit...nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this property if you're visiting the area. Definitely 5 stars!
