Our newly-constructed vacation home near Sheridan Beach is the perfect place to relax, refresh, and enjoy the best that Michigan City has to offer. This modern townhouse has an open-concept and is beautifully decorated with new furniture & a brand new 7-person hot tub. Easily walk to the beach (8 min) and 2 neighborhood favorites (2 min): Dune Billies Café coffee/breakfast and Cool Running for drinks, jerk chicken & seafood. We have all the essentials: beach towels, umbrella, wagon, Yeti cooler, and much more. We designed the house to be the perfect space for all ages. Bring your friends and family - we'd love to share it with you! The house has two levels: the main floor and an upper level. The main floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with farmhouse-style table (handcrafted by the host!) for eight people and a living room with a 65" Smart TV that you can use to enjoy streaming services like Netflix, Hulu etc. There's also a screened-in porch with three comfy sofas that are perfect for morning coffee chats or lounging around after a long day at the beach. There is a washer/dryer if you need to wash clothes or towels during your stay and a half bath just off the main level hallway.
