STAY AWAY!
We arrived at the hotel after travelling 12 hours and the shuttle the hotel arranged was not there. This is because the hotel had not arranged the pick up and when we phoned they scrambled to find us a ride. We were also misinformed about whether we needed cash to pay for the taxi by the hotel. We arrived to the hotel and there was no room for us. The manager was conveniently not in and the booking manager was not willing to speak to us. They told us they had the reservation that we paid for but no room. We either had to be shipped off to their (lower quality) sister hotel or get a refund and leave. No meaningful help was provided and they had the ******** to tell us to WhatsApp the booking manager because they didn't want to speak to us on the phone. No explanation was given.

Un très belle hôtel pour zanzibar une plage paradisiaque composé de plusieurs plages plus belle les unes que les autres, une vue magnifique en hauteur qui donne le dégrader des bleus superbe de la mer, j’ai visité plusieurs hôtel lors de mes vacances à zanzibar il est le plus magnifique que j’ai fais paje pas loin confort de l’hôtel irréprochable, personnel adorable, animations bref, sincèrement pour être quelqu’un qui lie les avis et qui m’en sert je vous le recommande pour un cadre à couper le souffle et sa tranquillité malgré mes excursions faite à pungume et nakupenda bis. Juste bémol les repas où il manque de poissons, il m’ont surclassé et offert le all inclusive pour ma fille et moi juste comme ça pour le plaisir et vraiment sa ma touchée. Ah oui j’ai fait des massages et je peux vous dire mesdames faite le, pas cher et topissime, bref je referais cette hôtel c’est sur. et oui les singes qui viennent vous rendre visite adorable.

Très bon hôtel à Zanzibar. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour avec notre fille de 3 ans. Le personnel est au petit soin envers les clients et les enfants. Notre fille Elena était la petite "star" de l'hôtel. Les repas étaient bons, la chambre propre. La piscine et le restaurant offrent une belle vue sur la mer. Rien à reprocher.

Schönes kleines Ressort, sehr ruhig gelegen. Große, saubere Zimmer. Kleine, aber leckere Auswahl beim Essen. Alles in allem perfekt für einige Tage zum Entspannen. Für längere Aufenthalte sicher weniger zu empfehlen.

The property is about 1hr 30mins from Zanzibar town, however is spacious and great place to relax. They have a private beach and the water is turquoise and white sand. Staff are multilingual and very professional and friendly. Alex, Abdul, Nasri and the whole team made our stay worthwhile and the all inclusive choice make the difference. Thank you and i cant wait to be back

Such a charming little hotel , we’re already planning to return next year! It’s simple and relaxed, with an authentic African vibe, so don’t come expecting luxury, but come for the warm atmosphere and the people. The staff are some of the kindest and friendliest you could meet, always ready to help with a smile.
The pool offers a breathtaking view of the ocean, and there are two beautiful beaches to enjoy right at your doorstep. The only thing I would suggest is adding a bit more variety to the menu, but overall, it’s a truly special place that wins you over with its soul and warmth.

I paid for a beach view for my nieces to stay at Pearl Beach resort. On arrival they were placed on a room far away from the beach. After they informed the resort that wasn't the room i booked, they were moved to a suitable room. The resort had no electricity on their arrival which cost their router
to be down, however this was resolved in few hours later. Staff were helpful and apologetic of the situation. All in all they had pleasant stay and they informed me that the resort was a paradise and best place to relax. Grate for families. Thank you!
